This is a small store with only a few service desks. And 3/4 more can wait in the store. Customer service, however is very good. I received the same professional service both in the peak and off peak hours.

Service is good and fast. Although The intention was to use this SIM in rural areas but that didn't serve the purpose . Overall as a service center it is good

The help desk person was not knowledgeble at all or was not helpful in helping on matters of internet package to b installed on my cell. He gave me a completely wrong advise. i again went after 2 days to same centre n had net connection thru another person.

Grameenphone is on of the most useful company in Bangladesh.This is so needed for people but insufficient man power by gp center. Logistic support is not adequate . I hope GP developed their services.

Its a customer care centre of Grameen Phone, the bigest customer base telecom company. Its in 1st floor of Shimanto square market at Dhanmondi, Road 02, Dhaka.

Located in Simanto Square 2nd Floor. There is no nameplate or sign board outside, so very much difficult to find. Only two booth. Very cordial and helpful.
