This college is one of the old colleges in the Sylhet division. On May 7, 1979, it was named after the nationalization of the college by the name of Brindaban Government College. In the opening, Habiganj College was followed by Brindaban College and later on Brindaban Government College. At present, situated in a beautiful natural environment on the western side of Habiganj municipality.

This is my college. I had completed my higher secondary. Now it is so beautiful, Our principle sir made it. Everything decorated in mood manner. This college historical results in Sylhet division. Every years many student from outside district apply for study. This is a iconic Institute. Day by day my college getting decorated with me Tree and flower.
