Nice, clean pool. The employees are very pleasant and helpful. Changing room is huge, with smaller and bigger lockers. Toilets are very clean. Food in the cafeteria is nice, freshly made and pretty cheap. Coffee is good too. The only bad thing I noticed is that the pool is very shallow. The water is only 1.3m deep but that's fine for beginner swimmers.

I went to the Spa of this place and it was quite good. Inside the spa, there were Roman Bath, many different types of Sauna, Salt Bath and relaxing area. I liked it a lot. The prices are reasonable. I recommend it

llidza Thermal Riviera love it😍 one of the nicest place i stayed when im in Sarajevo, a very accommodating hotel staffs rooms are clean very good ppace for everything, more swimming pools around the hotel, has 3 funtastik slides that makes you un breathable while you at the top of highest slides.

Great place with great people! Always smile and very easy.
Love the place, from Bosnian coffe, pools, saunas and masages to children playground and meals.
If you want to relax you need to come here! The hotel is great too with great rooms and room services.

Got there at 10am. 14km entry fee and 4km for lounge chair rental. Staff was very nice and English speaking. Super clean facility, food, beverages...great time! Very child friendly and started getting busy after lunch time. I'll go back!

It's very nice, beautiful, it has night pool in every conditions it's warm they have jacuzzy and cave. It has restouran all good.

Staff in the restaurant is very bad. Restaurant is inside the pool area. For this reason I would not recommend it but everything else is very nice sooo.... still 5 stars. Specially good for kids. They enjoyed it very much. Recommended to go but be carefull to what you order and what you get in the restaurant. Outside is also great area. Several activities you may enjoy...

Nice place for family members. The heating system is perfect. You don't need to worry about the cold water.

I like it. Very clean water , lockers and changing rooms. Security is on high level. Only restaurant and offer of food could be better .

Very clean place. Friendly host and everything was just perfect. Water was hot.

Avoid weekends because there were a lot of people. Hotel hills members may stay up to late at pool.

Water is warm and enjoyable. Jacuzzis inside are available. Big parking lot nearby. Restaurant available inside as well as other recreational facilities like playing pool, sauna, massage parlor etc.

Nice pools and entertainment areas for kids. There are a lot of people here always but its now crowded as the area is very spacious.

This place is really good. They have all the necessary amenities such as showers, toilet rooms, changing rooms, restaurant, hair dryers. It's usually crowded due to its popularity and I think it's well deserved.
It has a free parking. It even has a podium and a dance floor which is usually used during new year's Eve and other holidays.

The place is very nice. I cannot comment on the outside pools, since I visited it in winter, but the inside pools with warm water are a great joy when it's cold. They also have nice saunas, a gym, and a relaxation room. Prices are fair. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Best place in town to go if you are looking for a water park. Has a indoor pool and outdoor pool with waterslides and a artificial wave pool. You can't bring your own food or drinks but there is a indoor and outdoor restaurants and the food/prices are average. Specific kid themed aqua park is new. Indoor pool is heated and work day/night, outdoor pool only during the summer. Each guest gets their own locker for personal items. Guests need to bring towels. Parking available at premises but is 1BAM per hour(cheaper than average).

Ah what to say , except than spa perfection for low price, especially after hard skiing!

Super fun place, especially for kids!

PS. It's hard to see on the map, but the entrance is from the south - maybe that would you park in the right spot
