What a fantastic experience we have had with Ero Travel. Toni responded immediately to my first enquiry and worked so hard understanding what we wanted and putting together a total experience for us. We hired electric bikes for 6 days and went on a self-guided cycling tour from Mostar to Dubrovnik on the wonderful Ciro trail. Ero travel organised the bikes, route, luggage transfer, accommodation, navigation and collection of bikes in Dubrovnik. The trip was excellent value for money. We spoke to a lot of companies in both Croatia and Bosnia about similar trips but from our first contact, Ero Travel were ready to spend the time and energy on making the experience right for us. We are in our mid 50s and it was the last week in October so we wanted to make sure the trip was right for our cycling fitness level and for the time of year. Toni knows the Ciro trail (he helped develop it as a cycling trail), the area, the different routes available, the accommodation providers and listened to us carefully. He sent us options and discussed them with us via email. He organised a garmin device so we knew exactly where we were going at all times and a personally written guide for each day which included suggestions for rest stops and sight seeing. October proved to be the perfect time for cycling and the trail was beautiful, peaceful, fun, challenging at times (which is what we wanted) and a amazing way to learn more about the history and see the incredible environment of southern Bosnia Herzegovina. I can’t recommend Ero Travel enough. When Toni met us at the end to collect the bikes, he wanted to hear all about it. He genuinely wanted us to enjoy every minute and we did. Now we are planning when and how we can do our next cycling trip with Ero. 10 out of 10. Thank you Toni.

Definitely the best!

We went bike and horseriding near Mostar and had a traditional (and delicious) dinner in Goranci. Even though the trip we wished to do wasn’t on the website, it was no problem to organise it custom made for us.

Originally we planned to do the trip on Monday. Because the weather would get worse on Monday they especially opened the shop on Sunday for us. We got complimentary helmets and GPS navigation. Even when we got a flat tyre they were there to help!

We only asked for a driver, since we couldn't get a rental car, but our driver, Boris, had a lot of local knowledge and knew all the places to go and gave us the choise. He knew the history better than other "guides" I have had before. We could decide what, where and how long we wanted to go and had a very good day. Also a big plus that Ero Travel were available to get a car and driver for us within an hour after requesting it in the morning of a busy July day. If the rest of their services as good as we got, I would recommend using them if they provide the service you are after. Thank you for a good day Boris.
