Great architecture and very important place in Bosnian history. The monastery also has a musem and library containing artefacts of both spiritual and historical value to Bosnia. Royal medieval castle was placed right next to it, but only foundation walls still remain. Recommended to visit and learn about the history of medieval Bosnia.

I think this is the oldest church in Bosnia. It’s very big. And the environment is magical, you may feel yourself in a movie scene or in a tale. If you are lucky, you may have a chance to see the inside of this old church.

One of the three surviving Franciscan monasteries from before the Ottoman period (the other two are Fojnica and Kreševo). It houses a museum with valuable artefacts from Bosnian past, including many incunabulae (first printed books).
