Was here to change my breaks and shock absobers. Since I have no clue about cars I really have bad time when someone tries to explain me something related to cars. The engineering team at Nipex explained me properly what needs to be done and even showed me the performed steps. Price wise it also was OK. Definitively I can recommend Nipex :-)

Free wifi, nice waiting room.
They have rent-a-car option while you wait for your car to be done in the service. You can order coffe and snacks. they have working ventilation and very nice lobby filled with new passats and gols displayed.
They have massaging chairs. On each service for your car you get a free car parfume.

i am 100% satisfied with their service and I only drive my cars to this VW. In the past 4 years I have drove'n 3 cars to VW Nipex, and every time I am satisfied with their professional knowledge to the car and it's problems. In those 4 years I have never had Reklamation what so ever.

Countries as for example Denmark should take a look at VW Nipex and learn something. If I want something fixed or checked out, then I drive 2000 Kilometers from Denmark to Bosnia, rather then go to a VW in Denmark. Where customer service in Denmark is a big 0.

I would especially give thanks to Mr. Mico in VW Nipex and congrats him on his professional knowledge and Customer service skills.

Over all I think the price is solid and the service is top. I would recommend this place before any other in Europe I have tried so far.
