This is the best vape shop ive been to. Their juices are great value, not too sweet so as to not destroy your coils and the flavour profile is excellent. The staff are very knowledgeable and their customer service is on point. Easy 5 stars.

So friendly and helpful. Gave up smoking a few weeks ago by switching to vaping, looking for a more powerful mod and feeling a bit lost with so many different choices, the guy took the time to explain how they work etc and was so helpful. Don’t normally write reviews but such outstanding service is so rare these days.

For the last six months I've been visiting these guys on a regular basis. They're a helpful bunch, friendly to talk to, and easy to get along with. I've visited other stores in SA however none of them compare to these guys on their range, prices and customer service. I recommend the Vape store to anyone who wants to quit smoking and take up vaping! keep up the good work guys!

From the very first time I went in to the store the service was excellent and I never had an awkward experience.The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and I have been going there for about 6 months now and will definitely continue to go there. Their in house eliquids are very good and very affordable so if you haven’t been there before-I definitely recommend you to give it a go. They also have another store in Holden Hill so if you are closer to that store they are equally as good and have a slightly larger store

I went in today to see if I could get some help with the leaking I was experiencing on my Aspire Nautilus. I was VERY impressed with the service I received and was over the moon how they went above and beyond my expectation. So very helpful and incredibly friendly, I am new to all this and they made me feel right at home! I can't say enough good things about The Vape Store, I will be a very regular customer from now on! Great choice for both mods and juice. Staff are great and very helpful, and spent plenty of time with me, even though it was close to closing. Would absolutely recommend Vape Hero to anyone looking for a convenient juice stop after work.

These guys were absolutely awesome. When I visited I was a complete novice, and had quite bad experience with other vape stores in the past. However these guys could not have been better, they were super friendly and more than willing to answer any questions I had. Would absolutely recommend the vape store to anyone looking for great service and very affordable products.

First vape store I ever went into when there was literally just a couple of stores in Adelaide years ago. They were great then and they are great now. I used to have to travel over an hour because there were no other vape stores closer now I still travel that far because I choose too.

I found Damien's informative videos on YouTube on The Vape store Facebook page. They were extremely helpful. Being a bit "stick" at home, my son, 22, has made purchases for me from The Vape Store and raves about the knowledgeable and friendly service he consistantly gets there.

I was looking at getting into vaping as an alternative to smoking. This was just over a couple weeks ago. I google'd Adelaide Vape Store and the ONLY shop in adelaide i could find was TheVapeStore.

After an inquiry over the phone i decided to go in and check out their range of goods and immediately i could tell the staff are extremely genuine. They were very helpful and knowledgeable in all facets of vaping. Any questions i had were able to be answered and elaborated on into more detail than i had even asked about.

Straight away i purchased a combo of the Eleaf iStick and Nautilus Mini tank and after i was shown how to assemble it all and fill it i spent more time just chatting about all things vaping to the staff. This shows that they genuinely care about their customers and aren't forceful to get you out the door to serve another person. I was extremely comfortable in their presence and felt like this was a shop that would flourish given time and a customer base.

The prices were very competitive with online purchasing so why order online when you can pick it up the same day for pretty much the same price and have some of the best customer service from any company ive ever been to.

I will definitely being going back to TheVapeStore for all my vaping needs - No doubt about it, go in there and see for yourself. Thanks guys
