Bought an RC car for my son. Worked great but the battery wouldn't take a charge after a week or so. Reached out and they happily sent me a replacement. Fantastic customer service, will definitely be a return customer.

I thought id leave a review, i bought a scx24 off of these guys about a month ago it came very quickly with great communication! I ended up having problems with the motor the other day after a handful of times using it so i decided to give them an email as it was a warranty part and common for the motors to burn out quickly, i emailed on Saturday morning and obviously didn’t expect a reply until today (monday) checked my email first thing this morning and they have already sorted out my warranty and have a replacement motor in the post on its way! A++++ to these guys only bought through them a couple times but i know ill be definitely coming back to them for business. Only thing i wish they would do is get some of the scx24 upgrade parts!

I purchased a set of high end retracts back in 2020 and only just got the aircraft finished. One main leg was found to be faulty so I contacted Modelflight support. Absolutely brilliant service, despite technically being out of warranty, staff were very friendly and helpful. The faulty part was shipped to them and returned to me in a few days, all repaired at no cost. Thank you team, very impressed!!! Wayne Gorsuch VIC.

Amazing service. Staff were super friendly and helped me resolve an issue with a transmitter. Fixed the issue and called me to walk through what had happened and why. Awesome!

Amazing experience. They nearly always have the Arrma part I need. Attentive and knowledgeable. The young staff seems as much in the know as the old timers.
Advice is free and good. It's become a habit to try model flight 1st.

Bought a rc car kit which was missing the body posts, but a quick call and a couple of days later, a parcel arrived containing replacement parts. This gives me great confidence and would not hesitate buying online from this shop. Outstanding!

Awesome customer service to back up a great product. Before making my order I had loads of questions about delivery and the product itself and everything was answered really quickly and really helpfully. My order then came 3 weeks earlier than the ETA, but there was a small defect in one of the parts. I messaged at around 5pm the day it arrived, and by midday the following day I'd had several messages and emails responded to, and then received a phonecall from Andrew. After a short conversation to make sure the part really was faulty he ordered a replacement for me which arrived the following morning. He couldn't possibly have been more helpful and I'm so glad I chose to buy with Modelflight! Thanks so much to Dan, Katrina and especially Andrew.

If you like R/C and planes cars boats or drones are your thing this place is a must see. Really great range and great pricing. Brad and Ian are most helpful and friendly. They have a very convenient location and absolute MUST SEE. Highly recommended. Great for Christmas gifts. they will look after you!
