Myponga has just undergone a modern glow-up since the last time I visited! Not only are the staff lovely, but they also remembered my name the second time I returned (yes, I decided the food looked too good not to try!)

The food was absolutely banging! Olivemite might just be my new favorite spread! 😍

They even have some goodies you can find at your local Tony and Mark’s in the shop if you can’t access a supermarket. It’s a nice local place and they had refillable soaps and things of that nature!

If you're in the area, make sure to stop by—you won't regret it!

Best cafe in Mypoonga.
Friendly staff and great coffee. Lots of tea options too, made from loose leaf tea in pot.
Lots of great seating areas, all with a slightly different vibe.
Also selling lots of produce, which you generally scoop into the bag and pay per Weight.
They have local honey which you can pour into your own jar and olive oil is also sold like this.
They also have locally made drinks/ soft drinks and juices.
Everything seems like it is pretty fresh and healthy in here.
Set in a cool building- you definitely have to visit when coming to Myponga.

Stopped through on our way back from the coast and so glad we did. Staff were absolutely beautiful, so welcoming, happy and accomodating (especially to our two young children). Signs of a great work environment I’m sure. The coffee was delicious and the vegan sandwich was divine. Babycinos were speedy (very necessary of course) and paired with some strawberries which we loved! The owner also delivered our little one a gingerbread man which kept her in one spot for a few minutes while we drank our coffees (thank you). The addition of the grocer was really nice and we managed to spend some more money in there too, easily.

Would travel back here from Adelaide in a heartbeat.

Honestly, this little cafe and grocer is just unbelievable. I am a bit of a coffee snob and i was incredibly impressed by the quality of the coffee - i watched the barista pull the perfect shot and then top it off with meticulously curated milk texture (wow).

Now to the grocer section…
Need bread? got it.
Need chilli honey? got it.
Need gingerbread men, snacks for young and old, cooking condiments, aesthetic gifts, a big smile?? they’ve got ALL that too.

And to top it off… the staff are the loveliest, chattiest, most pleasant and cheerful people you have ever met. From being greeted with a big grin, to an “over the coffee machine” yarn, and a cute little message on the lid - these girls and guys know exactly how to make you feel super duper special.

I cannot wait to be back! This is the new kid on the block and certainly the place to be!!

An incredible new addition to Myponga. Friendly staff and delicious food. The set up and interior are both welcoming and exactly what you want for a brunch/lunch stop.

Amazing coffee, lovely staff and the size of a sandwich??? I shouldn’t be saying this so you don’t lose money haha but 3 people got full from it! 😂 and everything was soo tasty and fresh!

I've always had fabulous coffee here & delicious food that's made with real, natural, homemade ingredients. This house made Crumpet with Lemon Curd, Berry Compote & Coconut Yoghurt was absolutely amazing 😋👌

We saw this place advertised in a Fleurieu Living Mag. Coffee was SENSATIONAL! Tart was so authentic and delicious. Lemon cake was zesty and moist. Services was lovely, they ran out of dumplings and kindly gave me a refund and an alternative cake of choice. Gorgeous interior decorating, and the shop makes it extra interesting to visit! Really recommend!!!!

Yore came recommended so swung past on the way home. Attentive service despite being busy. Food was prompt and delish. Had the No. 6 and a Portuguese tart. Has a good vibe and music played is on point. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely breakfast and coffee after a walk near the reservoir. Nice looking place and such a helpful team. A must stop if you do some walking.

Delicious Coffee and warm Chocolate-Croissant. Also the mushroom with truffle pie was fabulous. Unfortunately I was not that hungry to try out more…

Edit: visited today with the new owners and wow, it is just as good if not better! Fabulous coffee and absolute massive delicious toasted sandwich. The barista was lovely and encouraged my rather boisterous boys to play with the toys and bring them downstairs. The boys loved their babycinos served with cute little gingerbread men. Can’t wait to visit again next time we’re down!

Really good coffee but somehow in the two times I visited, got my order a bit wrong. Nothing too bad but hopefully they will improve the consistency. If you are asked if you want ice cream in your iced coffee, and you say yes… please put ice cream in 🙂

Dropped in for a coffee and bite to eat.......... on the owners recommendation I ordered the Croissant....... and it was without a doubt the most amazing taste sensation. I would drive to Myponga just to grab another one!!!

Happened upon this sweet place. Enjoyed lunch beside the fire, which was an added bonus being Queenslanders. The mushroom soup was delicious, the coffee was good, the take home cauliflower gratin made a delightful dinner accompaniment as did the Basque cheesecake. Service was great, and the venue honest and unpretentious. We have visions of VOL being our local. Nice job guys. Happy to pay for quality.

Wow this place is gorgeous inside & out! The crew are so lovely! And the food! Wow! Healthy, delicious, trendy & fresh! This is such a wonderful place.

Stopped in for a coffee. Had a pleasant chat with friendly staff behind the counter. There something unique about the decor; old and unfinished. I liked it. The coffee was absolutely great. Well done. I highly recommend a visit.

We went there for Mother's Day and loved it. The owners and staff are very welcoming and friendly. The coffee and food were really nice. We're not vegetarian or vegan, but we still enjoyed the food anyway. They have a cool play area and toys for little ones and a nice little shop, which my wife loved a bought a hat.
