This bottleshop is attached to the restaurant and bar. It has a relatively small selection but you can get what you need. If you are looking for mainstream Tassie beer or different wines and liquors they have it. There are snacks too

Overly expensive and minimal range, particularly local produce. Better to go to the bottlo in Nubeena (which is open on a Sunday, even though Google says it isn’t).
