I phoned your East Bentley store on Friday afternoon 29 March and was put on hold for the next service officer. As I was repeatedly told that my call was important to you I hung on for 10 minutes then hung up as I assumed all your staff were too busy (On Good Friday!). The hold procedure indicated that your store was open for business and I assume I could have stayed on hold for another 17 1/2 hours until 8am tomorrow! Not good enough! How about a message for callers that business is closed, etc, etc, 🤔🥴🥲

John and the guys are legends, had to replace the battery on my car on the spot, lent me tools to do it (against company policy) and great advice while they were getting absolutely smashed at 445pm with customers everywhere and the phone ringing non stop. Have not had customer service like that in a long time.

Their click and collect was super fast. I stuffed up my order 3 times and I ordered the wrong fuses and they had to keep cancelling while I reordered the correct part. I was a complete pain but they were all friendly, patient and lovely. I even got a call the next morning saying my part had arrived and to come before they open as they knew I wanted to try it out before heading to the mechanic at 9am. Excellent service!!!!!

Required a small white reversing light and was provided with assistance promptly upon entry.
Staff member knew what to look for and brought replacement light bulb to front counter for me to purchase.

I also asked staff member to inspect my car in person to ensure I had bought the right replacement item before opening packaging. Staff member came out of store and confirmed item is correct. Very helpful service even though item was very cheap in first place.

I was slightly outside of the stores 5km zone meaning I technically wasn't eligible to receive the same day delivery service. I called the store and they said no problem and that they would take care of it. I received the items a couple of hours after placing the order. Great service, much appreciated.

My local other auto parts store closed down so paid the nearest Repco store a visit. Arrived at a busy time but the staff were most helpful and I purchased what I needed. Also signed up with their loyalty program with 30% discount on some car care product so bonus for the day. Better service and good range of products.

Smaller store than other repcos but has a good range of stuff. Staff are fast, friendly and helpful. Was in and out with what I needed in 6 minutes.
