My new fitted sheet arrived ripped, didn't notice until I had washed it and was putting it on my bed. The customer service team were amazing, and sent out a replacement by express mail the same day. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

I had a great experience with this company, purchasing some sheets for a new king size bed!
Unfortunately, we received the incorrect size for our fitted sheet. When I contacted the company, they responded immediately. Their apology was accompanied by a return post form followed by the tracking number for the correct size replacement.
What amazing service!
Very impressed and will not hesitate to purchase online from them in the future.

Everything I've bought from here has been great, the sales staff are so helpful and willing to offer advice. The pillow protectors are great value, as are all the sheets and Doona covers. Would recommend highly.
