Don't forget price match!

Really struggling to get Blackwoods to deliver product we bought. Staff OK on phone and promise to ring back but don't. Still no product after 2 weeks. Their couriers are more important than their customers.

Not competitive pricing, After purchasing a tool we found the same exact tool 30% cheaper at a mainstream tool retailer, don’t assume they are competitive with pricing.

Not impressed with their corporate customer service.

Very Poor Service department.
placed and order with them first telling me a 2 week lead on product. 3 delays of 2weeks followed when following up for the ETA. Emails being ignored with no response, on hold for 20min when calling for lead and promises to call back with no follow through. Not great service experience. just need some communication so we know whats going on - and follow through on what is communicated. stop moving the goal post.

2 phone calls Monday 15th May Tuesday 16th May enquiry on tool box told not in stock still waiting for a reply by two different sales persons of when it become available poor service

Just cannot handle this mob any more!!!!
If it's not one problem, that takes over a month to get sorted as they try to come up with every excuse possible for why they charged us for items they never sent and kept trying to ignore the fact and refuse to issue a credit, then BOOM straight afterwards another issues, we place an order online, get charged freight on the invoice, and the majority were put on back order, back order arrives with a second invoice, ohh look at that more bloody undisclosed freight charges!
I spoke to a guy on the phone from here once during our many issues with them, and he even admitted they had special people working for them, well isn't that obvious!

From now on we will stick with the likes of Total Tools, Bunnings and Jaybro! Plus our many other dedicated suppliers who actually want our business and treat us great!

7 phone calls, 5 emails to order a shovel, and they still balls it up. Utterly hopeless staff, none of which take the time to think or disappointingly take any initiative.

Was told my order would be available for pick up a certain time, when my courier driver arrived at that time to pick the order up, it was not ready because they were having some sort of celebration and were not serving customers at that time.
I had to cancel my courier which I was charged for !! and re-book it for a later pick up.
I called Blackwoods customer service, after being on hold for 8 minutes I was told they couldn't help me.
Absolutely terrible.

The slowest company you could ever deal with ... Been dealing with them for 30 years and they havent changed abit... Must laugh i was waiting that is what always happen, and a contractor was working out the back and said to me and many others waiting, hope you come with a sleepng BAG lol...
