It puts a massive smile on my face when I see how the team treats each other. They work together and are kind to each other! Thank you for the great atmosphere!

The place is so clean and quiet. I like the drinks and sweets that they have there. It’s suitable to catch up with your friends and have a cup of tea or coffee. In addition,the car parking is very adorable and easy . I’m really happy with their service and the design of the place.

I had an issue with my mobile order and the staff were so kind, and tried helping me deal with it! Although they had difficulty getting my order they made my order perfectly and were soo nice 😭 I’m a regular and never had this issue but David, the manager and the kind girl and boy were super helpful !! Thanks guys I appreciate it.

I get coffee here every morning on my way to work and the team never fail to provide a great service and high quality coffee - couldnt do my morning commute without it!! Thanks team

Went in on my way back into the city and had the most amazing customer service. Although clearly busy with a midday rush, Mel was super kind and accommodating to all my questions and dietary requirements. She really made my day, with such an upbeat and positive mood. The staff were keeping up well with the rush so I didn’t mind a bit of a wait. By far one of the best Matcha Frappes i’ve ever had, wasn’t too sweet but had a strong green tea flavour.

Amazing customer service, well presented well spoken very respectful and 10/10 for our drinks! Christine & Samantha thank you ladies for not only the amazing coffee but your lovely attitude we drove away happy and smiling just from your demeanour.

I visited Coolaroo Starbucks last night (Wednesday) in the drive-thru and was served by a kind, energetic and warm girl named Isabella. She was a lovely young lady who made me very comfortable to speak to her, offering me lots of alternatives and asked me to describe what I wanted, matching my request with menu items which I appreciated, as I am new to ordering at Starbucks! Will be returning soon! Starbucks has good customer service 🙂

Friday 13th October 2023 Coolaroo location. Went through the drive-thru and had two lovely girls take and serve us our order. They even recommended new menu items to us. They had a very positive and energetic air about them. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a while.

It's definitely far from our area but love how they make Mocha Frappe here. 100% worth the travel. Barista's are so lovely and cheerful as well. Christine give our drinks with a beautiful smile and making sure that its correct and complete. Amazed by her energy and I think starbucks need more people like her. 💯

For the person who was working on 11th June 2023, around 5.45 or 6pm… you make the best pink drink ive ever had. The vanilla sweet foam was the sweetest and the whipped cream was so fresh….💕😊

Frappuccino is one if the best. I have had cappuccino not so good.

This place is super Kew - baristas make my cold brew well with a couple of pumps of syrup and a dash of heavy cream.

Nice cold foods. Good people. Drive through available. Enough parking. Sunset view from inside.

Much better than I expected because of all the bad comments, staff was really friendly, such a cosy and beatsy atmosphere. With ELECTRECAL SOCKETS FOR STUDENTS 🥳. coffee was a Lil too sweet but hey I loved the experience.

The staff here are 10+ stars!! My child was super excited to try Starbucks. She was given the wrong order and they changed it at NO COST. The one they wanted they didn't like. We were willing to buy another but once again they changed it at NO COST! Superstars!! Thank you!!

Tried macha frappuccino and absolutely loved it, does not have that fake powdery matcha flavour, will recommend to any matcha lovers. Staff appears to be very hard working. It was a hot day and they were pumping out drinks like anything. Good job.

Had a lovely experience here being served by Christine. She provided amazing service, looks after her customers and made my coffee to perfection
