Purchased a large treadmill from NordicTrack, the order was picked up by Jon who delivered and assembled it. Jon communicated well the expectations for delivery and setup, and walked me through everything I needed to know. Jon was polite, professional, and friendly. I’d recommend Gymbiz if you need help assembling your gym equipment. Thanks Jon & Adam, job well done.

Bought a product from Rebel and had Jon from GymBiz deliver and install the product. Absolutely flawless, time efficient and very welcoming and comfortable to talk to. 10/10 would get delivery from them again if I were to buy another product

Jon set up my new elliptical cross trainer about 8 months ago and also came back a few times to recalibrate and adjust resistance. Great service and most surprised by the very negative comments on Google.

total time waster, do not go near him, promised to fix gym equipment, never turned up, absolutely zero customer service skills, if I could give him -5 stars I would.

Jon delivered and assembled our treadmill at the start of the year. No dramas back then. We got a fault in it 6 months later and reported to them. Spoke to him to come over and have it fixed as the team on phone online said the part has been ordered. I have never experienced someone as rude as this bloke. We get it you have worked here for 30 years mate. I don't care! Your customer service skills reflect like you just graduated out of McDonalds drive through job. Horrible experience, avoid if you can. Buy from somewhere else guys!

I usually post compliments and don't bother with people if they have behaved badly, but the owner (sounded like an owner) hung up on me before I could really get started, saying he couldn't help me today. Said he was out of rowing machine stock and didn't even answer me about exercise or spin bikes. I didn't even get to say "have a good holiday tomorrow' as he clicked the phone off. He shouldn't have picked up the phone at all if he didn't have time to discuss the equipment for sale or have someone else to take over. It happened on a normal, working day. I need two good quality machines asap, have money, and will be taking my business elsewhere today. I think this guy might be in the wrong business.

during covid this company over charged me to what was agreed on the phone, after installation. didn't find them polite and kind to answering my questions and wanted to leave quickly once the job was done. if you want to get ripped off i highly recommended them

Had a booking with Jon for 10.30am. Received a call from Jon at 8.44am on the day he was to come over saying he was 10mins around the corner from me. I told him I was at the grocery store and wasnt expecting him. He sounded very rushed, told me the previous lady's daughter is sick with the mumble of "yeah whatever" and so that is why he is coming to me so early. After I told him I will be home by 9.30am he said "well, I'll have to cancel you, I must move on". WOW! I was penalised because the person before me cancelled!! He was so fast and rushed on the phone, I felt like I did something wrong. Will not deal with business and will make sure none of my friends in the fitness industry or family deal with him. No customer service what so ever. R U D E

Who tries to run people of the road when their business name is on the side off the van

Rudest person I ever spoke to!! “John” or whatever the person who answered the phone was called should not be dealing with the public. I could barely say what I needed and he rushed to hang up the phone in the rudest way possible!! It got me scared to meet him in person, definitely not be hiring his service!!

This man is so rude and intimidating. He overcharges and has very abrupt mannerisms and I warn people to not be in his presence. He was very judgemental towards me asking personal questions and did not provide a service that was requested. This business should never be used as John talks down to people and has no customer service. He makes it sound like he is doing you a favour. Thanks to his 'service' my treadmill motor just burnt out due to the 'extra thick belt' he installed. Just wasted $500! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Shop elsewhere! Jon has no customer service skills at all, rude overbearing & a rip off won’t be calling him out ever again!

Called to enquire about equipment and had a very rude person by the name of John answer. I had a lot to buy for a business. But it's definitely not going to be from these guys now.

Called for a quote and the man said “that’s too hard to move so we will pass on that one”. Website is completely misleading saying they are professional in moving fitness equipment, if it is apparently “too hard.”

Called these guys no customer service in the phone think once the jobs done would be hopeless post service, not friendly, lucky not to fixed my bike with them
