Walked in with absolutely no expectations at all, possibly considering getting a few items for my upcoming trip overseas, but walked out with almost a whole new wardrobe! All the staff, in particular Ginny and Nico, were super patient with me while I tried on an abundance of clothes. They were both so genuine and helpful. One of the best experiences I’ve had in a retail store in a long time!

I had the best experience at this store last week. A lovely worker named Mykelti welcomed me into the store and helped me pick out some clothes for an event. She made me feel comfortable and confident in the clothes and I left in such a great mood. Will definitely be returning and asking for Mykelti's help :)

Big shout out to Harrison. He was an absolute legend, so patient and loved his vibes. My mate tried on about 10 pairs of jeans and he was so happy to help. Homie putting his blood sweat and tears into this job. We don’t deserve u king.

Nice bit spacious store with lots of t-shirts, hats and misc products with various brands. Staff are very helpful and nice providing service with a smile. Prices are reasonable. Shop is clean. Definitely recommended and will certainly be back.

Just had the best experience in universal store at Glen Waverley I had a lovely male named Michael that look after me today he was so helpful will definitely be returning again as I had such a wonderful time in the store 😊

Website clearly states “In Stock” for an item but absolutely nowhere to be seen inside the store. The staff were as much help as walking frame for a limbless patient. Bogus

DON'T ACCEPT THE TOTE BAG. I can't believe I got ripped off $12 for tote bags to carry my items, without my knowledge. The staff are extremely annoying, constantly trying to upsell and then at the very end offering a tote bag for my items but not disclosing I'll have to pay for them. I only realized when I got home. I've lost trust for this store. Its not a lot of money but some other shoppers also got tricked into buying the tote bag. We are in a climate where Australians are suffering yet we have teenager's robbing people in daylight @ a universal store. Couldn't believe it.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Went in a week or two ago where 3 team members were ignoring all guests and having a personal conversation behind the counter. While looking at sunglasses at the counter they made remarks about another customers appearance and were sniggering at her as she left. The male employee yelled out goodbye to her from the counter and then loudly said “omg that was so fake!” I also went in today and was ignored for a personal conversation between the same male employee and a girl. Both were failing to wear masks while I was in store as well. I won’t be returning.

Online says they close at 5:30, arrived there at 5:00 and found out they're already closed after driving 30 min and spending another 15 min inside trying to find the store. Truly unprofessional.
