I personally find the staff very helpful and the store is always clean. I go there 2 to 3 times a day. And never have any dramas or anything to complain about.

Dirty coffee machine area, and the older white tall guy is so bloody rude!! A young female worker asked my husband how he can afford his car after looking at him up and down, Avoid this place at all costs!!

Poor and rude customer service. Treated horribly 3days ago me and my 2 younger son went to this shop. Bought a petrol and claim for the free slurpee. The tall guy told us the machine is not working and his smirking to my kids very annoying guy not friendly at all.Today we went to buy petrol again my son ask this man if he can get 2 free slurpee as the other day he didn't get it as the machine is not working. The guy said he can't just give the slupee away. I told him its not giving away as its part of your promo and your machine is broken that day its not our fault. This guy is very inconsiderate for the kids and very very rude man. Shocking attitude. He need to learn manners and more education for him how to talk nicely with kids.

Unprofessional staff .because of. their system error didn’t print fuel receipt… they said it is never happened in 8 years … first time happened not our fault.. 😂 … staff respond like they are running a street shop in india..😂😂.. they should learn some basic customer service . What a shame

I saw the female attendant take a cup out of the bin after the customer infront of me threw it out. Stay the hell away from the coffee machine, or any other food/beverage for that matter. Disgusting.
