Staff (didn't catch the name) with the long hair, was super helpful and also told me about the $3 promotion! Customer service here is great, way better than the service received from the other BWS-es in the area! Will definitely come here to get my pre-mix! Thanks BWS Blackburn North

Have been in here twice recently looking for suitable gifts. Young woman staff member very helpful and knowledgeable about both wines and whisky. Store has an superior range of stock. Well laid out store. Worth a look if you need something special for gifting.

Friendly helpful staff very knowledgeable about wines. Quite a large range of alcohol considering the store is not very big. Pricing is extremely competitive and have great sales. Easy access wheelchair accessible.

Went on Sunday night. Knew exactly what I wanted. In and out in two minutes..Was attended to immediately and asked if there was anything he could do to help me. Quick, efficient and positive experience at BWS. Happy to return to the Blackburn North store next time based on clean and tidy shop, good prices and pleasant customer service experience.
