Had my Tebco Transporter from October last year. It has been a delight to ride, the service i received from Mad Cycles here in Bunbury WA has been first class.
Unfortunately my battery failed, ( it;s man made so all things at times fail) anyway i took it into the shop, no worries it is still under warrently. they rang up the main store in Cheltenham Victoria and in 5 days i had a brand new battery no questions asked, coulden't be happier they have been a delight to work with. Tony and Graham are a fantastic team who have given us excellent advice and service for the electric bikes we bought from them. Graham was meticulous in servicing our bikes at the 3 month complementary tuneup. The bikes have opened up new adventures far and near. We love our bikes.

The custom service and after care from TEBCO is exceptional and outstanding. Thank you very much Graham and your team. In April 2022 i bought my first E bike from TEBCO at a bike dealer, using it mainly for exercise. I had to learn that an E bike needs the proper care and protection against moisture. I also had to learn that long and steep climbing hills are not necessarily the ideal uses for this type of E bike i have bought. Now i know, it is really important when buying an E bike to discuss and evaluate exactly the intended use of the E bike. It is also important to get real professional information supporting the decision making of which E bike is good for me.

A great product: Tebco Journey folding bike used for recreational riding and for local shopping. The after sales service from Graham was exceptional and went beyond what was necessary: emails answered promptly and some required parts sent expeditiously.

Team just re-packed my battery, as it had it was starting to fail. Turnaround time was great/ they even posted it out to me and arrived quickly, even though week before Christmas.

I just bought 2 TEBCO Sovereign bikes 3 weeks ago for my wife and I. We rode Ebikes the week before this in Clare South Australia and the hire company had these bikes. I was so impressed of how they operated and the build quality I had to buy them.
Well yesterday I was in Melbourne visiting my daughter and grandkids and bought my bike with me. I rode it to the TEBCO factory and met Tony and Graham. It was a completely unexpected that I turned up but when I introduced myself they knew of me and my purchase through a dealer in Adelaide South. They gave me a tour of the warehouse and office and bike models. Graham also wheeled my bike into the service build area and checked and adjust my bike. I am a Raving Fan even though i have only travelled 340ks in my short ownership time. You can not go wrong with a TEBCO BIKE! Scotty.

My wife and I have had our Tebco bikes now for 2 years. They are great bikes and the after sales service is better then anything I’ve ever seen before. Great bikes at a great price.

Totally happy with the bikes & the service from Tebco. Bought 2 fold up electric Journeys and love the speed of deliver, ease of charging and using these bikes. Also look really good with battery in the frame. Minor problem recharging battery was expertly handled by Tony with a replacement very quickly. Would I recommend this Company and bikes, ABSOLUTELY - 5 stars.

I have so much enjoyment riding my electric bike bought at TEBCO. I have a Power Assisted Discovery and use it regularly for fitness and just to enjoy the kilometers of bike tracts in the Bayside area. Having the support of the electric feature allows me to travel further with confidence without the concern that the return journey will be too difficult. I strongly recommend it for anyone who wants to know that they can continue riding despite the onset of some of the problems created by aging..

Got my first bike in 10 years and Graham and George here have all of the patience and expertise to get me up and running. Amazing service and wonderful knowledge base for all levels. They now have a client for life! Fair on price and do a good job. Thank you guys!!

We bought 2 fold up Journeys about 6 months ago. Great to go for a leisurely ride around town, then when I've had enough just turn around and coast home! Had no need for any backup service to date. They are perfect to take caravaning too when you want to explore rural towns.

My 1st purchase from The Electric Bicycle Co was a folding bike
'Trekker' Model on 5 February 2006. I enjoyed many hours and kilometres on this bike and was on the second set of tyres when the bike was sold to a happy new owner.

The 2nd purchase from TEBCO was the 'Journey' Model on 12 Dec 2017.
My primary reason for choosing the 'Journey' was mainly the portability of the bike and the relatively light weight. The price was also a factor.

Over the period of ownership of these TEBCO bikes I have had first class service and advice anytime it has been required.

I have never had a failure of any component of the bikes I have obtained from TEBCO and required help only on occasions when I needed to upgrade an item such as LI-ion battery on Trekker as original was lead acid or on occasion of a tyre puncture.

I am pleased to acknowledge the quality of the assistance and the service I have received from both Graham and Tony whenever it has been requested over this period of 12 years..

I bought my Red Cruiser from TEBCO 10 years ago and it is still going strong . I ride it 4 days a week to get to and from work doing 15-30 kms per day carrying a big load in my basket. It such a great looking bike that I am regularly stopped on the street by people admiring it and asking questions. If I need any work done I take the train and Graeme meets me with the van. They are always available as a back up support team. They even organised for a nearby welder to attach a heavy duty stand for the bike. Thanks TEBCO...you ROCK!

My wife absolutely loves her Tebco Bike. She is now more inclined to go for a ride knowing she has the power as back up in case she is struggling on a hill. The bike has been very reliable and we have not even come close to using all the battery power that is available. The guys at Tebco were a delight to do business with. Tebco E-Bikes are smooth and reliable and the Co gives excellent back-up and service. I can recommend them for anyone and many of my older friends in my bike club have them so they can still do the longer rides

I can not fault the service we got from Graham and his crew at Tebco. They went beyond the call of duty to help me repair my wife trike. It was just damn good service. A lot of businesses could learn a lot from them.
I can only recommend them and have done so since my dealings with them.

My Tebeco electric bike has been fantastic, it allows me to still get some exercise when I'm having trouble with arthritis and can't walk.
The Battery lasts for 3 rides @ 10-15klm a ride but still has a bar left on the indercator before it needs charging. It's very comfortable to ride even with a bad back.

Have purchased an electric trike which is still on the high seas but have had terrific customer service attention from Roy, Graham and Tony. The guys are very keen to support the "learning to ride phase" so going down to have a practice before commiting was highly encouraged.Looking forward to lots of fun ahead.

These guys are awesome. I got the Hurricane Conversion Kit for my tricycle which is great. After sales service was fantastic, thanks fellas
