Great service and flexibility from Joel. Had a great time out on the e-bikes down at Narooma for the day, Joel set them up perfectly for each rider, and it’s clear he’s in the business of giving people a great experience! Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend renting Ride the Bay bikes! The E-bikes which we rented were excellent and we saw a lot of the local beaches, sights and lunched at the Oyster shack. Joel, the owner was professional and very helpful. Thanks for a great day out!!!

Can't speak highly enough of the professional service provided by Joel and the team at Ride the Bay. I hired a Trek E-Bike to explore Mogo and Narooma trails which was awesome so highly recommend them. The shop has a great range of bikes and accessories also. Will be back to hire a bike again in the future. Thanks guys 👍🏻

Took my old bike in for a new tube or tyre, I was given good advice and not pushed to spend on extras. Left the bike with the team, came back after some shopping. Joel was excellent, friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. Joel gave a few extra tweaks on my bike.Thanks Joel, great service. Will definitely go back.

Ride the bay is a very honest reasonably priced business, I took my old Giant trance there for some TLC it was running terrible OMG I feel like I'm on a new bike again loving the trails again thanks team 10 out of 10 👍
