Kmart Reservoir

It's a kmart gem💎. Call it The Holy Grail, Voynich Manuscript or lost city of Atlantis. I do not care. I'm giving this place 5 stars solely for its hours. I've visited numerous times past 10pm, and it consistently delivers. The stock is usually up to date, and I've even stumbled upon items here that are typically out of stock elsewhere in the area. However, there have been occasions when it's been hit or miss.

Very organized and has many items to choose from. Love this place cause it provides you of all what you want in reasonable prices.

I came in the other day and even after he had finished his shift he was more than happy to help me find items that I needed. He was very professional and helpful even when not working. Wonderful knowledge of his work and great customer service!!

Thanks so much for yesterday. Yesterday I called up to ask if they could help me as I saved two kittens and one kitten managed to get out of her cat carry cage in my car and managed to get behind my breaks and up inside my dash and interior in my car the guys helped me free the kitten out of my car and despite the kitten scratching them they still wanted to help I can’t thank you enough the kittens doing well and hopefully that’s the last time she will escape lol

A big thank you to Maya at the Reservoir Kmart! This attentive and compassionate worker noticed I wasn't well. Maya offered me water and made sure I was okay to continue my shopping trip. Keep being a wonderful human, Maya.

Love this Kmart! Always has the things you want in stock, even had some Christmas lights left to buy for half price on Boxing Day which was awesome. If another Kmart doesn't have something in stock it's likely that this store will. Set up the exact same as every other Kmart. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

The employees are the best they’re very friendly and helpful. Sadly they didn’t have my product I was looking for but it was sold out everywhere else unfortunately. They keep their registers very clean after someone checks out they quickly clean it. All the staff seamed like they were wearing gloves and I saw a lady cleaning around which made me feel like it’s a safe place because everything was being cleaned. Overall I think this Kmart is amazing 😊

Just wanted to say what great customer service I received at this Kmart store(Reservoir) .I spoke to Kristiana the sales assistant who was patient and so delightful to deal with. I also had to speak to the Manager Jake who was absolutely amazing with his customer service and a delight to deal with . It was so refreshing to see such great customer service as I went to a nearby Kmart store (northland)and received such terrible customer service the difference between the stores was eye opening.

Great shop. Who would have thought they'd have a collapsible adjustable walking stick tucked away on their shelves for a mere $15. So happy I bought a warm woolen fisherman's rib long scarf as well for $12. K-Mart definitely my go-to shop for everything.

This Kmart is awesome, behind Campbellfield really☺ but being in Summerhill centre, makes it so much better, always a routine for me and the kids, is put washed clothes in dryers, go Kmart, religiously, whether to stroll or to buy.... Hahaha yeah ok, like we wouldn't buy anything???? Yep, so then is ALDI, heelllooo cheap as, great quality food, after that, fresh fruit and veg, on to the butchers, then GOOD OLD COLES for everything else on the list......😃😃 On the way out, order from charcoal chicken, shopping in car, grab dry clothes, dinner, and home happy O happy, all can be done in the time it takes to dry your clothes, unless your like my family enter into a time lapse and end up taking 3 hours longer than intended hahaha

Kmart has pretty good variety, but sometimes I just wished they stayed the same.sorry I know very boring .but to be honest, boring is sometimes good. Always ample parking. I really like their sports line in clothes ( in case I put few pounds on its not that expensive to go back and get a bigger or smaller size.)

I visited the store a few weeks ago to look for a rust dots dress. The staff were so helpful from the layby area, floor area, fitting room area and at the check out. Even though the size of the dress I was looking for was sold out, I had a great shopping experience at Summer Hill Kmart. Good job ladies and keep it up !!!!

A good and reasonably priced place for buying clothes, kitchen utensils and accessories, bathroom accessories, a whole section for kids clothes toys and clothes, pet products, books, shoes, computer products and stationery items. There is also a good option for home decor items. All the procuts are reasonably priced and quality is not cheap. I bought a lot of stuff from this store and if returned few items ( which I found later of no use) without any hassle.

Good place but I think they need to stock more. Sometimes people asked me to go yo this place if I want something cheaper. Yes, that is absolutely correct. I was new to Melbourne and looking for kitchen items in cheap price. You won't believe. I found them in quite cheaper here. Before that I tried to check other places like Coales and Aldi etc, however I found variety of things in this place which are lot more cheaper here. And yes, the quality of the items are also good. It's just they need to appoint someone all the time at the pay table so that if someone is new here they can help paying them or show them how to do the self service. Otherwise, this is really a good place.

The staff here are GREAT, this place is well stocked, convenient, open 24hrs and of course it's Kmart so it's cheap. Wish this had been here years ago. Glad to see Kmart's quality starting to go back up, too; they took a nosedive for a while there, but their products are a lot better now.

Better selection of things to purchase compared to other Kmart's I've been too. Especially in the home decore part of the store.
Had no issues with the customer service, they have do it yourself checkouts too if that's your style.

Has great collection of items and reasonably cheap as per the brand. My wife was delighted to find the desired clothing. We visit quite often and there's always something we want to buy from there.

I come here often and spend hundreds weekly, absolutely love the store.
Although last week I purchased a pair of Gorilla slippers. I got home wore them once for about 5 minutes and the next day I discovered a hole at the back where the stitching was. So id just say avoid those slippers as they are poor quality.
Other then that this store is a dream !!

I went to the Kmart Reservoir the other day and found that most of the stuff was really priced good. The staff was also quite welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place as it's also located in a good area right next to a lot of other stores too.
