The School Locker - La Trobe University

I was refused a return due a 30 day textbook return policy that is not outlined on the website. The product was in perfect condition (had not been used). The website states that all you need to process a return is the item in resell-able condition, the card used in the original transaction and proof of purchase in the form of a receipt. I had each of these things and was still refused.

If I could give this business zero stars I would.
They are the most incompetent business I have ever dealt with, and the worst thing is they are recommended by our university so most first year students have given them our business and a lot of money for a terrible outcome. I ordered a few weeks prior to starting semester 1, hoping to receive them before starting.. It was not until week 5 that I received them!! And this particular book is one I really needed.. then it didn't come with an online access code like it was supposed to, I contacted the customer service, they told me the only way to get this code was to send the books back for replacement. So at the end of Semester i sent them back, they emailed to say they'd be refunded, and to this day 4 week's later I have not received a refund nor did they replace the books, they simply told me this week to reorder them... I WILL NOT order from here again, as once again I'm left starting semester without this particular book!!
Warning to all students - DO NOT USE THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR BOOKS ON TIME!! AVOID THIS RETAILER AT ALL COST!!

Wouldn’t pick up the phone 20 mins before closing. Now I won’t have enough scrubs for placement and I can’t pick them up during placement because they’re not open any times when I’m not on shift. I get it, but you could have at least picked up the phone so I can sort it out. This store is never that busy

Awful store hours. They Changed the times and made it difficult to even shop during school days. They are Closed on Fridays for no reason! Even though many students are at the campus on Friday.
Here it says they are open when they are actually closed. Wasting peoples time.

Have had so much trouble. Also saying they have delivered products when they haven’t try someone else if possible!!!!

Extremely limited range of products. Sad.
