Edit: after writing this review I finally got an email response & my purchase. Happy to have finally received it, but overall communication is quite poor.

Placed an order, & paid for express shipping, weeks ago. Took just under 2 weeks after the order was placed, for someone to email me back (after I followed up twice) & say they would look into it. Another week has passed & I've followed up, but am not getting any response at all. Luckily paid via PayPal & will lodge for a refund there, since Blush won't respond.
