I made a mistake early on in the purchase which meant that I’d accidentally paid for the wrong order. I worked with Georgia from the Customer Support team who helped resolve the issue almost immediately. The correct order was shipped within a few days and arrived packaged with so much care. I got spice jars that are fantastic quality and was so easy to label. Will definitely order again!

Amazing! I couldn't recommend highly enough. If you're going for labels, definitely get a sample pack so you can see which style looks the best with your items. I really loved that they offered this because we could try it out in real life. Eventually we ordered the black spice jars, with the no.5 labels and matching no.5 labels with the click clack containers. Our pantry looks amazing!! The order was very fast and I got custom labels and everything was so carefully wrapped.

Beautiful jars. However I feel quiet disappointed that I bought 24 jars, and every single jar came with two labels on them already that I had to peel off. So time consuming. Considering I paid over $150, I would’ve hoped I wouldn’t have to waste my time cleaning stickers off the jars.

I placed an order two months ago & it still hasn’t arrived. They gave me a tracking number but Aust Post said the item wasn’t ever scanned at any Aust post outlets. So who knows when I’m getting my order .

Poor customer service, answering email toooooooo long and return orders is ridiculous, had a worst experience ever
