Rocked up at the warehouse without ordering anything thinking I could browse... No issue. Did my purchases through the website and eBay and was gone within 10 minutes of arrival. Fantastic service and products

I contacted costume kings as my 2 year old was desperate for a pink dinosaur for Halloween.
They understood my need for a quick turnaround and dispatched it straight away.
We have just got it and it’s gorgeous, great quality and arrived so fast.

The customer service here was next level and I am beyond appreciative for what they did for my daughter!

5/5 for costume quality & customer service. Costume Kings went well beyond what they needed to for me & my mate. They took time out of there weekend to open up the shop just for us as we stuffed up our delivery times and didn't realise they where not open on weekends. They team here responded with in 5 minutes from messages and had my costumes in my hand with in a hour or so. 100% the best customer service I have ever had.

Super fast fulfilment. Ordered through Westfield Direct and my costume was ready and waiting at Westfield Sydney within 2 days. Great quality hotdog costume, looks just like to product images on the website. Will certainly buy from Costume King again.
