The team here were extremely helpful with helping me design a new PC.
I chose to build this myself, but unfortunately i ran into a couple of parts issues.
Luckily Brain (hopefully i rememberd his name correctly) was more than willing to assist with the diagnostics and repairs of the PC and i couldnt be happier!
10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for PC parts, advice and repairs!

Tony was really helpful. He found the monitor we were looking for and helped out with the payment, we wanted to use some gift cards and He was assisting on our payments. Also at the end Tony helped with putting the the monitor in our car.

First time going to Centre Com Clayton, very pleasant experience especially for a Sunday at 11am, wide range of monitors which is why I went, heaps of PC cases and parts, they even had pre build PC's literally everything you could want is there. I also picked up a torx screwdriver set for my xbox series x console and controller which I was very happy about. I will be back if I ever need anything. Highly recommended 👍

A welcoming environment for everyone. It’s rare to find a tech place where the staff don’t have misogynistic undertones. There’s usually a condescending tone being used if you’re a female customer even if they don’t say anything directly sexist. The two experiences Ive had at this branch so far have been great though.

I went in today to grab a new monitor for my desktop. I went in with my partner as he’s more knowledgeable on specs. The guy who served us, Terance, did a great job of talking to us both. He confirmed with my partner the specs of the monitor options he was presenting were the right fit but was still talking to me about size, price, use, colour, e.c.t. I’ve had experiences at other places where you’ll be the one asking the questions and they’ll look at and give the answer to the guy who wasn’t even part of the conversation.

The first time I went in (which was by myself), Aaron helped me. I know a bit about computers but I’m more familiar with desktops, not laptops which is what i needed help fixing. He was able to explain the laptop specific things I didn’t know in a way that didn’t assume I was ignorant about computers as a whole.

I know its not a huge deal but it can be really frustrating to have to earn respect or prove your intelligence while the people around you are given it from the get go. It was just a lovely change of pace.

i went into centrecom yesterday to purchase a new USB-C cable for my new phone and the staff were so lovely, accomodating, and funny !! they even gave me a wine voucher (needed that).

i had to revisit shortly after as i had lost my cable in the parking space and couldn’t find it anywhere. i was perfectly happy paying another $6 for a new cable but the young gentleman told me i could have it for free after hearing about my situation. i don’t remember his name but i’ll always remember the gesture. 🥰

Tony was a legend helped me out with a hard drive, computer screen and keyboard.
Friendly and made it very easy , to help me with my computer needs.

An absolutely kind-hearted and helpful person. I came in to claim a warranty on my Superlight which has problems with its scroll wheel and has called in beforehand.

Elliot was willingly offer to help and went out of his way to ensure that my experience at the store was wonderful.

Bought a computer chair here recently and have only good things to say about the customer service.

The packaging was extremely large but two blokes (one serving me and the one at the counter) assisted me with fitting it into my car. At the end we dismantled the box and they did majority of the lifting as well.

Outstanding customer service especially to the asian bloke working at the enquiries counter.
