Bang On Bagels

Amazing loaded bagels and coffee. Been here a number of times for a quick feed fix when in the mood for a bagel. Fresh bagels, quality filling and great coffee to wash it down with. Can’t go wrong.

Drove out to try Bang On Bagels 🥯 and boy did I leave happy! I tried “Bobs Avo” on an everything bagel.. it did not disappoint. The bagel was lovely and soft with just the right amount of chew and were generously filled. I also got a take home pack of bagels which were delicious toasted the next day. I noticed toasties on the menu also, which obviously I’m dying to try too. Love the addition of the crisps and pickles for “dine in’s” and the presentation in the little basket is THE CUTEST! The staff are lovely and clearly prepare the food and drinks with a lot of care, thought and love. Highly recommend a visit, I will definitely be back! 🖤

On the corner of Union road and Athol street in Ascot Vale you’ll find this cute little bagel shop! We tried a selection of their bagels and took a few recommendations from the gorgeous team there. The recommendations we received ended up being our favourite (the Rueben and the chicken pesto)! We hope the Rueben stays on their menu permanently! It was a hit for both of us!

The bagels themselves are almost crispy on the outside (I can’t describe it but it’s amazing) and sooo soft and chewy on the inside. They were divine and definitely my pick over other extremely dense bagels I have tried in Melbourne. The beef one was delicious but probably my least favourite if I had to pick as I would have loved a thinner patty, a smash patty would be *chefs kiss*.

The dessert bagel paired perfectly with a coffee to finish off and the blueberry bagel was delicious! The coffee was fabulous and the cold pressed juice was SO yum! The interior is very minimalistic and appealing to the eyes, the service was super friendly and I can’t wait to take my partner there soon!

We had the BEST bagel's today! The service from the moment we walked in was so outstanding with a beautiful warm welcome & warm, inviting atmosphere. They have a wall full of pooch photos and treats for your doggos. The bagels were loaded up and really well priced as you definitely won't leave hungry. This will absolutely become our new local favourite!

Another lovely lunch. Fresh quality priduce, that is well cooked and tasty. The staff as usual, were friendly and professional.

Nothing better than going in the morning to get good service and excellent coffee. I suggest you try the breakfast bagel

Bang on Bagels are literally bang on! So fresh, soft Bagels it literally reminded me of Bagels that I had in New York, they have a variety of fillings and other items on the menu. Super friendly staff and great service. I would have taken pics of my Bagels but I couldn't wait to eat mine!!

Nothing but tasty and delicious bagels and quality coffee.

Nice place for a coffee and a treat. Bakery items and coffee were great. Nice quiet place to sit and chat outside.

The bagels here are phenomenal, that staff are amazing and super friendly and quick with service. It's fairly priced as well.

Love this little local spot! The coffee is fantastic and the most friendly staff. Have come back again and again since opening and it’s always great. So happy to have you in the neighbourhood, and the outdoor seating is delightful. There was a little mix up with my order once and they handled it so well and threw in a free coffee and treat for my dog as an apology, that’s a win in my books! The bagels are super delicious too.

Went out for a drive on this beautiful day in sunny VIC. Was recommend this place by a mate.Food and service was unreal will be recommending this place to everyone I can.

Accurately named Bang On Bagels is exactly that - bang on.

I couldn’t decided between the New Yorker or the Smoked Salmon so I ordered both!

Super generous fresh fillings, Uber tasty, and a choice of bagel too.

The coffee was pretty great as was the range of cold press juices.

Staff were friendly and keen to help with the decision making process.

Lovely outdoor seating on the quiet end of Union Street.

Overall a joyous and filling experience. 🥯

PS… there’s dog treats available too.
