Top quality product and service!

Took forever to get delivered. I was not sent tracking information. Items arrived separately so I was concerned when I only got one mat in first delivery that the others had been overlooked so I called (three times leaving voicemails over a few days), emailed (three times over a week) and not once was any call or email responded to. I personally feel this is poor customer service and tracking should be sent once a purchase is made and shipped. The mats are fine but not sure it’s worth the wait and worry if I’m going to actually get my order so probably go elsewhere next time. I guess every experience is different but this was mine so felt to share. Thanks.
