I ordered some beautiful Alias Mae boots from Elwood 101 at a great price. They upgraded my shipping to express to me here in NZ free of charge so they arrived really quickly, with a lovely note. THANKS SO MUCH.

This place could not garner more praise from me. Got a great product at a great price and really quick delivery but what really made it special was the after-care I received by both Jordan & Sam. Truly exceptional as they went out of their way to facilitate a correction to a mistake I had made in ordering the wrong size. Can't thank them both for being so gracious & kind. I purchased some sandals before Christmas from Elwood101 and had a slight issue with which I was initially hesitant to message about because I didn’t think it was an issue that could be fixed from an online purchase or at all.
The service I received from Sam from their customer service team was some of the best I’ve ever had when shopping (both on and offline). They were prompt, friendly, informative and went above and beyond what I was expecting when I initially messaged them with a few questions.

The range on the website is incredible with excellent brands and a wide variety. I’ll definitely be shopping here again for the great products/brands and for the service.

great mens and womens retail shop. All the top brands and a HUGE range. When visiting family in Melbourne we always stop into the store and buy great fashion at great prices. Just one of my favourite labels bought form Elwood 101, John Lennon.

I've bought a few things from Elwood 101 and have been blown away by their efficiency and excellent customer service. Twice they happily swapped a pair of shoes that were the wrong size.

Recently I bought some excellent cargo pants. Love them so much I ordered another pair online today, in a different colour.
I forgot to put in the discount code, which didn't really worry me at all. But, given Sam had only just emailed it to me this morning, I emailed back and said "doh! I forgot to use it. Oh well, next time". Within a minute or two I got an email saying the amount had been refunded.

AMAZING customer service!!! I was accidentally given the wrong pair of boots and Sam personally delivered the correct pair straight to my house the next day!! Excellent service and amazing products, I will definitely be shopping with them again!

I took out the additional protection for just $3.00. My parcel was stolen and is now being replaced. The process was simple and quick. I totally recommend this added service. Plus I love the Cat Hammill garments so far. And the quick delivery of my orders.

I bought a nice shirt for my partner’s birthday and made an enquiry about wrapping as a birthday present.
As I currently live in overseas, I needed the present wrapped and sent directly to my partner. The shop staff wrapped my order with a wrapping paper and a ribbon and sent me a picture of it even though they didn’t have any wrapping options. Thanks so much for your great help and we loved it.
