IGA Local Grocer Officer

Very happy we have something local around the area. The staff are helpful, respectful and that makes the walk worth it.
I haven't tried the fresh food like what others have written, but I can say the specials are just as good as larger supermarkets.
The hours are great, parking is limited but not a problem for as locals can just walk.
Clean, tidy, stocked well and great variety.

Convenience store/supermarket with selection of most ... especially at short notice when pantry is missing something omitted from major shop at C, W or A. Not discount store prices - selling convenience here. Add liquor, newspapers, ice-creams, sweets, parking right out front, friendly service - recommended.

Nice and bright. Smaller layout than some. A good range all I needed. Friendly staff. Been waiting a while but now it's open it saves a lot of travelling. Well done.

Great little store, good pricing, good variety for size, very clean and neat little American section. plus liqour section is competitive.

Love having a shop close by now, they are well stocked and have a good layout. The staff are friendly.

Local and convenient, but more for when you've run out of milk, rather than a weekly shop destination. Prices akin to service station ( a bit steep in other words)

Cramped, small, dark, and OVERPRICED.

I don't know why anyone would want to shop here when two people can't comfortably walk down an isle without the other gluing themselves to a shelf to make way.

Everything is expensive, and there's no variety in the products.

The customer service is also non existent.

The only reason you would shop here is if you're lazy, because Woolworths down the road has better prices, better products, and greater opening times.

I was excited for an IGA in the area, but this is just not good, and pretty much useless.

produce was definitely not fresh and I had to throw it out. useful to run up to the shop if you run out of something you need in a hurry and are in walking distance but otherwise a useless range for a regular shop. Very disappointing after years of waiting. Also, the store deletes negative feedback. If you don't like the reviews, do better IGA.

Staff were both on their phones and when I went to pay one staff member didn’t even look up to knowledge that I was in even there whilst at the register. Produce were overpriced and management need to train their staff on what customer service is.

me and some friends walked in to the store we respected there rules by leaving our backpacks at the front door we were looking around for a little bit we were just looking at some soft drinks and minding our own business then we had the owner randomly shout at us saying if we keep being stupid we will be kicked out and banned when we were not being stupid we have never had any problems before until a group of us go in
