Kmart Cranbourne

Kmart Cranbourne has never let me down, when my locals have no stock, this store always has it available. Located just down the escalator from the rooftop carpark, it's very accessible. Staff are always friendly and the click and click process was seamless.

Always great value for money. Easy returns and heaps of promos..

Customer service was good and great new variety of shoes! Similar to yeezys but obviously not the same very comfy

This is a massive Kmart and we love shopping here. There is a big range of items, including clothing, homewares, and household goods, the products are great and the prices are hard to beat. It can however be a very busy store, particularly on weekends and school holidays.

Love the place. Everything you want is on display, and help is as simple as it could be. Just ask a staff member, and they are knowledgeable. They go outa their way to help or point you in the right direction. You will leave with a smile and the savings in your pocket. Give them a Go. Cheers, Ross 😃😁

Always friendly staff and an easy to navigate store. Plenty of stock on the shelves. They do try get you through quickly. Weekends are super busy always but you don't seem to que too long

Been here a few times, both to click/collect and also in-store shop. Staff have been helpful for all the times I have been here. Layout is spacious and helps when most Kmart stores are laid out in similar ways. Glad Kmart is still around, still some great modern looking stuff for sale.

Victoria is in lockdown, we are all accustomed to click and collect, but these guys have turned it into a customer experience! I ordered online and my order was ready within a couple of hours. I arrived to pick it up and was met by the friendliest staff member on earth (sorry, I didn’t catch your name, but this was at 5:45pm on 2/6/21). Then I got my parcel home and there was a message inside from the staff member who packed my order - shout out to Mel, hope you had a great day as well! - couldn’t have been easier or more pleasant. Well done Team, and thanks for working so the rest of us can stay functioning!!

There is always great stuff at Kmart with trending things, from clothing to cosmetics and technology. It is generally a lifesaver. I would highly recommend shopping here to all people who enjoy a quality bargain. They have caring, kind staff who will help you with what you need, anytime.

Great staff really helpful and friendly. I feel one of these helpful friendly staff members should be close to entry/exit door as the security guard is not helpful nor that friendly. So feel customer experience would greatly gain from a small thing making a big change in experience and ease of shopping.

Prices are affordable Huge cross selection of products for sale. Staff have excellant customer service skills Are very eager to help. I was at the photo development desk when i felt very unwell. One of the girls got me a bottle of water & showed great kindness & concern to me. I didn't get her name & was remiss informing management.

Great service here, store is set out well, besides those cashiers in the middle but hey that's in every store. Definitely something they need to think of changing as it's such an inconvenience and I think more of a problem than a solution to anything.
Have typically had what I've needed if I've gone to this store otherwise they are quick to help me locate an item elsewhere.

Staff helpful even though it's a few days before Christmas and almost closing time. Even though my anxiety got to me, the helpful girls at the checkout where fabulous to assist me.

Brittney at the self serve checkouts was very helpful, would go back here a million times for this type of service. couldnt fault her she was very willing to help me when i needed to find items. i wish i could give more than 5 stars.. staff were all very professional here.

Lots of staff, lots of items. Full even though its messy from all the customers. (This is just after lockdown due to covid). Staff friendly, doing a great job.

However do not go to this store if you are in a hurry, or looking for a quick shop during a busy weekend / after lockdowns, the line was way too long.

Just like other Kmart. Cheap stuff you can't resist. Got some fishing gear I needed without overspending. As long as your happy to use Jarvis Walker, won't find much else.
