IGA Umina Beach

I just want to give a shout out to the staff at IGA Umina Beach. I went in today to get the weekly shop and as I was walking around I noticed how helpful and friendly you all were to your customers, offering to help, being super attentive and just saying hi!

I had Will as the cashier when I came to finish up. He was incredibly friendly. Super encouraging to see someone as young as him being as attentive and customer minded. Says a lot about the training and culture of your staff and the store as a whole.

Good customer service is something often found missing at some of the other stores that are around, so it is refreshing to see that and witness it in person.

I’ve also noticed that the range of products available is getting better each week, making it easier to just do the whole shop at IGA instead of hopping from one place to another.

There are many other pluses I could add. Good job IGA Umina Beach! Will be back for my next shop!

What an absolute delight to shop here. Starting with my first step in the door. A gorgeous young man greeting me and more staff than I could poke a stick at to help me with my questions, and then my exit with the same young man wishing me well. What a complete diversity from the two large opposing supermarkets. I’ll be back!
