I recently had a custom uniform made for me through Tans service. It turned out simply great and so well made. When an problem arose that was completely out of their control it was resolved without any issue and at a pace that I was surprised and very pleased with. They then took the opportunity to go a step further and resolve an issue that was my fault. I am very happy with my purchase and ecstatic with the service, they went way above and beyond what is an expected level of customer service.

For those who miss the big Orange building in Lygon st , that was the stamp that made it so easy to find, well I think they still had more paint left, their new building is the same colour. Easy to see.
Those who havnt been to Tans before are in for a big surprise, I am pretty sure they can outfit almost all Martial Arts uniforms, if one has a permit, the quality of the tools one can buy are fantastic. The business is a family of Martial Sports , so it's not like your speaking to a novice. I don't even think of going anywhere else, "They are the name"

3 days and 3 visits and each time the service has been first class. Staff are genuinely courteous, exceptionally patient, very knowledgeable and super welcoming. The experience is such that you will not want to rush your visit.

As for the products/equipment, it all falls in line with their quality service - superior quality all round, as well as a wide-ranging selection. The fact that this business is family owned and run, adds to the care and quality of all. I will definitely be returning many times.
