I stopped by the shop on Sunday to see if I could drop my bike off for a check-up as the chain was slipping and the brakes were rubbing. Instead, they were able to fix everything on the spot for me. The bike now rides like a dream again. Amazing service!

Dropped in to the Lekker store this afternoon and was met with a friendly sales associate/bike expert who had a wealth of information, both technically and personally, on the lekker bikes that I had been looking at online. Problem solvers! I can't thank them enough for rescuing my bike. I lost a single key from my dutch-style bike lock, so they unchained my bike, and changed the wheel lock. These guys are masters at dutch bikes, perfect service and generous people nice to talk to.

My lekker x after 5 months has been having troubles where it jumps forward after I have stopped and released the breaks. Kieran helped adjust my chain and replace my break pads and lots more, all for free. He also told me perhaps I need to depress the breaks more firmly and entirely, and have the pedals at 6 and 12 o clock. He was so helpful! Let’s hope this works.

Wonderful quality bikes along with brilliant service after I found my bell had broken and the brakes were making an unpleasant sound. Even got a mug of water for the short wait!

I'm delighted with my Jordaan Mens 3 Speed. It replaces my old 7 speed hybrid bike (with front and seat post suspension). I don't miss the suspension as the fat tyres and seat on the Jordaan smooth the bumps well. The three speed internal hub gears are so smooth and quiet - quite adequate for most of my riding, as it is relatively flat in the Melbourne northern suburbs. It is a real multi-purpose machine - I ride it to work (10 km), I do my shopping with it (two panniers on the rear rack), and I can ride it safely and comfortable at night and in the wet. The disc brakes are excellent - certainly a modern twist on a Dutch style bike, but a sensible design decision.
There is one slight annoyance with the bike - going over bumps causes the chain to rattle loudly against the chain guard.
And there was something I had to replace - the seat (saddle). The standard saddle is comfortable, but I found that I quickly got sweaty, since it has no air hole in it. I replaced it with a Velo Plush Pump OM - all good now.
My only problem with the LEKKER company is that they also make motor boats for posers - with large diesel engines - not helping with the Climate Emergency.

I've had a Jordaan for about two months now and it is both a commuting bike and a leisure bike. Ive been impressed with the impeccable customer service and the bike is absolutely adorable and a joy to ride. Shipping time was accurate and any communication via email was swift and helpful. The service team was exceptionally lovely and were very generous in granting a special request. I would not hesitate to recommend Lekker to anyone.

I ordered online and received my Lekker Jordaan step thru denim blue bike . Also ordered a rear basket for it too. I am very happy with my bike. I think I maybe the only person in Geraldton W.A. who owns a Lekker bike ! I've seen other brands of bikes similar to mine here and personally I think mine looks alot better . I bought an Amsterdam GT ebike after reading many reviews of similar bikes on the market. I particularly like the Lekker's belt drive, internal hub gear system, ergonomic design and good looks. It's a great bike and hasn't disappointed. I have had a bit of trouble with the speed sensor but the company has been very easy to deal with and arranged to have the bike shipped back to them for replacement of the faulty part under the terms of the warranty. I highly recommend the Amsterdam GT ebike and Lekker the company.

Great if small range of conventional bikes and ebikes. Very well built and high grade components. Designed around the Dutch style of easy and fun cycling. Reasonably priced. Well worth checking out.

Two months and 1000 km in, I love this bike, so much fun to ride! Have only taken car to work twice in this time and it's 17.5 km each way by bike. Put a frame lock on and a small crate on front rack. With back rack and panniers this is also replacing many other car trips. Totally recommended!

I researched which bicycle to buy for months and Lekker ticked all the boxes. Went in today to test ride, bought a 3 speed Jordaan on the spot. Perfect bike for my needs. I purchased a Lekker Amsterdam GT bike in December 2020 and absolutely love it. Ciaran & Byron have been wonderfully helpful with regard to maintenance items offering a quick and helpful turnaround despite the pandemic. It makes a nice change to get a premium product with a premium service.
