I needed help with my BBQ conversion from natural to LPG and Dan was exceptional with advice and a step by step process to make the change. My grand final BBQ was in jeopardy before I met Dan! Thanks mate!

I spoke to a lovely lady over the phone who helped me troubleshoot an area heater I got from a retailer.
She was so helpful and resolved my issue. Thanks heaps!

I was able to source a replacement part (jet) for my portable yellow 2- burner Gasmate stove from here, which are not readily available in camping shops. They helped me on the phone confirm they have the item and then put it aside for me to collect, plus I think they would have taken phone payment and posted it to me if I wanted. EFTPOS available. Agree with other reviews - this place is in an industrial area so is not a retail space. Best to phone ahead.

Love the bbq (fridge, cupboards, wok burner and sink) combo and range hood that we bought instore and pick-up was a breeze a couple of weeks later in the ute. These guys are professional and a pleasure to deal with. Now looking forward to more great deals through them as our alfresco area is nearing completion. Thanks heaps guys.

It is a warehouse, not very clearly marked and uses a corporate name rather than gasmate. Enter through the open "sales & service" door and use the phone on the desk to call for assistance. Really helpful people who know their stuff and carry large range of spares.

Gasmate AD220. The most useless item ever. Can't buy burners, can't get cylinders. Even the retailer can't get them.
They won't answer emails.
I know it's only a cheap part, but the addition of the burner and accessible cylinders would make it a good unit.
Lift your game!!

The worst company and unreliable, they are promoting their products using the names of big brands but even you can find the bottle you can't get it filled anywhere and it gets worse in remote areas.

Most dangerous products in the market place. Buyer beware. And be prepared to be blamed with no evidence.

I brought a whole gasmate kitchen including pizza oven / burner / sink and 2 door fridge in all black. Well the fridge has only been turned on for 2 periods of about a month for xmas time and after 3 years the 3rd xmas period it doesn't cool only blows hot air.
I rang gasmate only to be talked to rudely on the phone by a gentleman if I could call this customer skilled person a gentleman he told me to find someone to re-gas it .I said to him it has only been turn on a few occasions, he was the rudest customer care person I've ever came across and after looking at the fridge reviews, no wonder the fridge is a dud , looks good but all show no go DONT BUY THIS DUD PRODUCT and they want almost 3k for it.

we ordered Gasmate outdoor kitchen set in July 2021 to be delivered early sept .
simply we are still waiting with emails giving us new delivery times for early the following month then late that month then early following month then later ect....
the funny thing is they confirm to you your order is in the next container to arrive and when the container arrives they apologise saying your order was not there probably the following container ,so either the products going somewhere else or they don't known what is it in those containers??! .
and it is still ongoing story

I have bought 2 gasmate bt 2000 in 3 years. The are the worst products. I used to live in Europe for many years and never had any problems with lighting a BBQ or for whatever reason I have needed it for using similar products. It is annoying when you want to use it and it doesn't work. I literally had a half gas bottle and wanted to use it but no gas would come through to light up. I bought the second one 8 months ago. I am done with this product. It doesn't work

They get a star for answering the phone, unhelpful.
