I purchased a shirt with a female staff member. She didn't remove it from the hanger for me, and her treatment was unfriendly. I paid for my purchase; I didn't ask for it for free. Please improve customer service and provide a more pleasant experience with a smile. If you are looking for a good day, I recommend avoiding this shop.

Just had such a terrible rushed shopping experience. This is my one day off work a week and I’m spending it with my partner. We came into cotton on and we’re rushed out the stalls to the counter to make a decision not having consulted my partner yet about my outfit choice. As anxious and indecisive people we were treated very poorly and will not be coming back. Felt pressured to purchase what I wasn’t 100% sold on and the rude lady at the counter screamed my address out loud randomly after telling her my email for my perks card. That’s private information. Don’t recommend coming here if you’re trying to enjoy your day. Will not be coming back!
