Foot Locker

I had the best customer service experience today at Foot Locker Chadstone. I was assisted by Evangelia and can’t speak highly enough of her excellent service and care. She attended to me while I waited for her busily requesting stock on the phone. She placed a delivery order for me ( minus a delivery charge)
as the stock wasn’t available in store.
She was super caring and so pleasant. What a gem. Look after her Foot Locker. Thank you E.

Jacky assisted me with my return of my Ascic Keano shoes as they had a fault with them.She checked her store as well as Southland for stock availability, but found none.So she organised the shoes to be delivered to my home without any fuss nor delivery fee.She was very efficient and knowledgeable, she knew what she was doing and completed task .

Bought lots of sneaks here, last was a pair of all black Nike air Max 270s and I regret that choice cos I was going to get tns and wish now I had
But that's not footlockers fault, they had lots to choose from st the price you'd expect to pay which is RRP. Helpful staff, well laid out store , good vibe...I'll go back

I came into the store today Raage and Peter were absolute legends so helpful and such awesome personalities can’t wait to come in again for more kicks 🤗

Big shout out to a lovely young lady Josephine, very helpful and easy to communicate with. I wish the other store across the shopping centre would have the same customer service as Josephine provided to me, I haven’t came across such a welcoming customer service in a while.

Recently visited the Chadstone store which is a large store & could not believe how attentive (not annoying in any way) & truly lovely all the staff were. I was so impressed I made sure to seek out the manager to let him know. You can certainly tell a lot about a business by the staff they hire. Foot Locker clearly care about their customers - well done !

Lawrence, biggest adlay in Melbourne, was getting a pair of sunset tns as an eshay does in his natural habitat and he helped heaps props to him good as service plenty of tns

Can confidently say I do not enjoy going to Chadstone, however on occasion do go to visit Foot Locker specifically for their extensive sneaker collection and drops.

Everyone there is super easy to deal with, always apologetic if you have been waiting around- surprised that such great customer service still exists.

Great staff. Very helpful. Went out of their way to find shoes for me from orter stores and have them sent to my door. 10/10 customer service

I appreciated his expertise as he discussed the different features of the shoes I was interested in and I left confident with his recommended option. I came in to exchange some shoes which had a quality issue. Emily helped me out and I cannot thank her enough. Not only was she extremely professional, polite and attentive, her customer service skills went above and beyond my expectations. Even though the shoes I wanted weren't in stock, Emily went above and beyond to make sure they'd be delivered to my home. I honestly can't thank her enough for her stellar service. If I could give 200 stars I would. The entire experience with Foot Locker in Chadstone was outstanding. It started with the assistance Tez gave myself and my picky teen in miraculously finding a pair of basketball shoes a few weeks ago. Honestly I couldn’t overemphasise how unlikely this result was (teenagers - sigh). And then, unfortunately, there was a small manufacturing fault in the shoes we got, but nothing was too much for the team at FL in ensuring that the shoes were returned and replaced. You guys looked for solutions for me and I can’t thank you enough for being so customer-centric. Alex, Kayla and the manager (I am so sorry, I didn’t catch your name), you are all amazing.

Staff YONILDA? Was so kind. I visit at the busiest time to exchange my cap. More than 3 group at the cash counter with her but she handled quickly and kindly. Best staff ever!

Hands down the best experience always at footlocker Chadstone. I always search up the shoe I want and end up going here. 1000/10. jd sports which is right in front of this makes me f*n depressed hate that store. Footlocker is such a happy place and the guys working here are amazing.

Solid range of shoes, that other sneaker shops might not have.

Team member Yonathan was really helpful with trying on different sizes and finding the right fit. Will definitely be coming back to grab a pair of kicks once I decide on what colour I want.
