Fort Knox Self Storage

I had a storage unit for just under 4 years with Fort Knox Vermont. Their access suited me to a tea. The staff were always kind, happy and helpful. A rarity in today's market.

I am using a storage space for the first time and I am very happy with the entire facility and the entire set up. While it is very secured, accessing the lockers, when needed is very easy. Also, my experience with the staff who helped me with the paperwork and demonstrated the process has been really good.

Love the layout of this place. My stuff was stored cool and dry. I rented for years, twice. Discounts for year leases and refund for unused months. Good friendly staff. Bunnings and office works in walking distance and I could get the bus there. Your stuff will be stored safe.

Great customer service from the team at Fort Knox Vermont South. Very kind and considerate team; small gestures like offering me a bottle of water, whilst I was moving heavy boxes to and from our storage unit.

It was such an easy and seemless process. moving in and moving out was so smooth. Great facilities and moving equipment to utilise eg, trollies and the lift. The staff are wonderful! Would totally recommend

Excellent, friendly service. This is the second time I have used their storage facilities and have been very satisfied each time. I was shown several different sized units in order to secure one that best suited my needs. The storage units are lovely and clean; are easy to access with good internal and external security. I highly recommend Fort Knox Storage.

Thank you to the staff at Fort Knox Storage, nothing was too much trouble . Even though I needed to change my exit date several times!! The ladies explained the storage process and my obligations thoroughly, They were a delight and it certainly helped take the stress out of moving from one home to another.

I've been to a number of storage lockers over the last year as my partner was being abandoned storage lockers . This facility stands out as the best. Modern clean well designed. Bright and cheerful. Great parking trolleys to load and unload very impressive. Deserves 5 stars for sure.

I was so impressed with Fort Know Vermont from my first phone interaction with Stacey. Stacey is a superstar at customer service and she helped me work out challenges with my delivery that I needed to get into storage. She was never flustered and always found a way around the many problems that came up and went out of her way to help me. I can highly recommend the team. Thank you so much.

Fort Knox Vermont is safe and secure. Not once I hesitated leaving my memories there. It’s clean and best thing water does not leak onto the storage units. I recommend Fort Knox 100%. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly as well.

I have been using Fort Knox Storage for many years and had different sizes and durations. Today I finished off my latest stay and was greeted by the duty manager Stacey when I was moving things out and she was amazing. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the process of ending my contract and closing off my account. She made every effort to ensure I was taken care of and even offered me a cold drink and brought to the unit whilst I was moving back and forth to my trailer. She made the whole experience so easy and hassle free and was so nice to deal with.
I wish all employees everywhere were half as good as Stacey.
The staff overall have been great at Fort Knox at Vermont but Stacey was a standout today.
I will always use Fort Knox for my storage requirements and recommend them 110%.

We've used various Fort Knoxes over the years, and Vermont Fort Knox the last few times; both times they've been fantastic and the staff have been amazing. They're always lovely, really helpful and responsive, ready to accommodate your needs where they can, and the access and security is always top-notch. Vermont Fort Knox is the best storage facility we've used, and will be our go-to if we have any future storage needs. A well-deserved 5 stars 😀

The customer service of this company is second to none. All the encounters have not only been helpful and informative but super friendly which makes a world of difference. They are very efficient and constantly keep you on the loop with updates. The facilities are clean, secure and resourced with great equipment. Would recommend anyone if they are looking for a place to store this is the place!
