Great team! After I placed my order I wanted one product changed before shipping and they changed it without any issue. One item was shipped incorrectly and they immediately shipped out the correct item. Their minimum for free shipping is $75 everybody else is $100! I can't recommend them enough definitely my go to store for my vaping supplies

My order got lost in the post and after asking if there was an update, they resent my package with express post. Arrived very promptly afterwards and they upgraded my order to thank me for my patience. Lovely team members, I am so appreciate of their kindness during a very difficult time.

So I bought a product from these guys I live in the final the New South Wales and wanted to share some commerce interstate because you guys are under Lockdown. Unfortunately the product had a dead battery on a rival without hesitation they sent me a new product without the need to send the old one back which is outstanding service and the new product is working perfectly five stars for you guys and I hope you guys get your freedoms back like we are enjoying up here the Queensland border
