I recently contacted Airflo via email to request a repair/ replacement under warranty.

They were easy to deal with, provided a prompt response and resolution to my issue and posted out a new vacuum head which too, was promptly received.

This company likes selling the airflo products but as far as after sales service I would rate at zero. After two calls and then an email received no communication. Threw the stick vacuum in the bin.

I was given an Airflo Stick Vac and after only just over a month of use it began whining and making a deafening sound and suction was hopeless. Contacted Airflo by email for some advice but was told unit cant be repaired but when I said I couldn't bring it back to the shop they ignored me so I have a $200 vacuum which lasted a month and they just couldn't care less. Will never buy any Airflo product in future on principle.

I am so angry at Airflo Australia. I rang them to get a replacement filter kit for my vacuum the only person who looks after this department was not in til 11am. Ring back I was told not oh we will get him to ring you. I rang back and he said I will ring you back once I have looked for the filter kit. I had to ring him 3 times again and never got an answer back. So hence my airflo vacuum packed up only due to dust and bits getting into the motor because my filter was so deteriorated. SO ANGRY. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER AIRFLO PRODUCT AGAIN. AIRFLO AUSTRALIA YOU ARE A DISGRACE
