The closure of the store next door, The Reject Shop, enables The Glen Asian Grocery to expand. The bigger floor space means s more products for sale. The frozen goods vertical display units are just left of entry. There are more variety of rice.

I like the wooden structure above the casher counter. It is just artistic and interesting. I have rerank this store from 4 stars to 5 stars.

Chinese New Year is round the corner (12/2/2021), and the festivity lasts for 15 days. Many shoppers come to shop to cook up a storm to celebrate the year of the Ox. The shop puts up some Chinese New Year decoration, and sells items including biscuits for the occasion.

The boss lady is "law abiding" and makes sure the paying customers observe social distancing when they are in the check-out queue.

If you do not look closely to the purchase receipt, you may not know this store is known as Tan Hung Asian Grocer, because the shop sign only shows Asian Grocer.

The store stocks a large variety of Asian groceries and fresh produce, which are displayed in front and outside the store.

There are so many types and brands of noodles - noodle galore indeed. Besides, there are also a great variety of sauces, canned food, Asian biscuits, nuts, taufo and mushrooms. I have not had once cannot find the items I want to buy.

However, I do find its competitor not far it sells their fresh Asian vegetables at a lower price.

I like this store so much, have a lot of variety of products, Chinese and Korean and Japanese.
I will always be back.

Alot of wonderful items especially korean soup and fresh tteokbokki

Products from the whole Asian continent arrived into this store. Very elaborate selection and shopping process is quick with their efficient checkout counters.

Very popular with Chinese community from near and far. Quite possibly the busiest shop in The Glen. The shop has everything you need for your Malaysian/Singaporean/Chinese pantry including sauces, canned food, snacks, drinks, frozen items, fresh vegetables, noodles, seasonal items eg mooncakes and Chinese New Year biscuits etc. The force is strong with Asian Grocer.

Lots of choice and I can find authentic Japanese foods, clean and neat, the girls in the cashier do the packing smartly for my wife as we have a full trolley to bring home, very good shopping experience

Asian Grocer in Glen. Wide variety of choices of fresh produce, frozen items and instant items. Tucked between chicken, meat and seafood stores only make it easier for budding cooks. Most importantly I am impressed by either the owner or manager assisting customers to unload items unto counter with a smile and polite

The variety of product is amazing, there is just so much choice.
Living in London, when you walk in to Asian grocery stores it's pretty much hit and miss about getting the item you want.
But with The Glen Asian Grocery store pretty much anything you could randomly think off or require would be on the shelf.
Price is ok (competitive in general) probably because of high rental cost and the amount of stock on hand.
This would be one main Asian grocery store if I was to live back in Melbourne near the Glen.

The place for me to do grocery shopping since it's opened up. Freshness, wide range of choices, and good presentation are the factors making it standout from other Asian groceries in my view.

Well stocked Asian supermarket located in the Glen Shopping centre. The shelves are well set up with adequate space to walk comfortably. They have a wide selection of frozen foods as well as a well stocked fruit and vegetable section. Happy to support this friendly family owned business

It has wide variety of Asian groceries and likely to have what you are looking for. You can find some good bargains too.

I go there all the time. The lines are a bit long sometimes, but the drinks and snacks are cheap.

Great grocery store, always very busy but has a huge variety of international ingredients you are hard pressed to find elsewhere. There is fresh fruit and vegetable section out front with liquor just inside - highly recommend the grocer for your weekly shop: but be quick about shopping as it is often very very busy within.

Absolutely terrific, well stocked and wide choice of products. I come here every weekend and am able to find everything and anything i need for asian inspired recipes. They even have Natto which is so so hard to find!

Definitely the best Asian Grocery Store in Glen Waverley. Very busy during the weekend but must come if you want some authentic Asian (Chinese, Thai, Malaysia, Singapore) food ingredients!

Whole salted egg, pork, mushrooms, chestnuts,black-eyed beans, muan beans.

Great store for Asian ingredients. Very large selection.
