Coles The Glen

I really enjoy shopping in the Glen Coles as it is always clean and organized. And there is a very special lady Anna who is the kindest and sweetest worker at Coles. She is always willing to help and her thoughtful remarks and actions make my day 😊 I hope she gets rewarded for her lovely personality.

The bakery at this Coles is absolutely phenomenal! Anna makes the most amazing pita breads and the bakery always look clean and well maintained. She also had such a great personality. I 100% recommend. Thank you Anna keep up the good work

One is the newest Coles supermarkets around the area. Clean and great varieties of choices. Love shopping at Coles.

I missed Anna recently when she was not at front of store.
She is very friendly and helpful and needs to be in position where she has customer contact.

The staff work hard here. Deli staff are always polite and efficient. Great variety of meats also. Easy to access and in and out pretty quicky. Has become our local!

Great supermarket, every household item available there. Weekly discounts, specially half price items are much cheaper than the wholesale price. Various offers on loyalty card. Overall great experience on every visit. Staff members are very helpful.

Was served by a really friendly member of staff (I think his name was Jake). We had a nice chat and he even suggested a deal with saved me a few bucks. Amazing work from the Glen Coles team! Keep up the good work!

The variety of freshly baked bread is great, and the best I like is that I can slice the bread I buy thin(the other choices being medium and thick).

Nice place to shop for groceries

Coles Glen Waverley is a big bright clean airy store with lots of well displayed produce and an overall attractive vibe. Staff are helpful and friendly. The aisles are wide giving space to move around and stay CV19 away from other people . Xlnt. Well eorth shopping there.

It is always a good sign when the Manager is out on the floor working alongside the rest of the staff, not hiding in an office.

I have always found the staff, without exception, to be helpful and pleasant to deal with, including those I have read about in some of the negative comments here. Maybe the authors of those comments should reflect on their own behaviour toward staff.

Specifically, Anna at the self serve checkhouts has always been courteous and helpful if help was needed. So too are her colleagues in that role. A friendly smile and a greeting is always reciprocated.

The Chinese lady in the fish department has always been helpful and courteous to me and on at least one occasion has gone out of her way to assist me.

Fellow customers, try treating the staff as people and giving them a smile and a friendly greeting. It works wonders and gets everyone off on the right foot. They will start recognising and greeting you.

Really friendly staff. They remember me and always say hi. Once I couldn't find what I was looking for and the management asked me if I needed help... 10/10 Thanks Coles. VERY CLEAN! Huge selection. Plenty of specials...👍🏻

Good supermarket with various products including clothing, groceries, vegetables, fruits and of course all kind of provisions.. Good customer service... Good display boards.. Cleanliness, hygiene conditions and basic facilities including fire extinguisher, first aid boxes are maintained well..

The New World Supes are pretty much the same as the old ones, and Coles New World (that campaign finally makes sense) Burwood One are dependably great, of course. I've lived in the area for the better part of two decades and in that time the myriad changes to the centre were obvious and we'll known among many. The latest incarnation is an excellent example of a 'flagship' store and in my experience they handled all the recent unfortunateness better than anyone. The staff should probably get medals at this point!

Currently under construction. That being said, it is still one of the best shopping Centers around. Wide variety of shops.
There is a great butchers shop (The Butchers Club), a large JB-HIFI and an ebGames. Coles and Woolworths, phone repair and they are adding more shops every month or so during the construction.
There is also ample parking. No matter the time of day, or day of the week. There is always somewhere to park. Although it can be a mission to find your car after a long shop, because the car park is very spread out.
