My 11yo son went in with his friend to buy a toy and the Chinese hag told them to leave the store. I went back with my son a couple of days later and gave her an ear full. I told her that my son doesn’t steal and she just looked at us with that Chinese stunned mullet look with a dumb grin on her face.

Old fella told me to leave as I walked in at 330pm, I asked why you don’t close till 5? He said “I want shut” No sales from me ever!!
Wasn’t even pleasant about it, just a very rude person shushing me out with his hands telling me to go.
Recommend no one ever goes here!

Great to see method acting is still popular and this shop offers a free experience as a real-life Escape Room, where you, the customer, play the role of the 'thief' regardless of whether or not you've actually stolen anything. This is a really immersive experience, as you try to navigate your way in (and quickly) out of the shop, avoiding the store clerk at all costs. It has vibes of Teeny Heist and Slender, enjoyable gameplay if you're into that.

My son was just shouted at and told to get out of the shop as he walked in for no reason he is 10 years old and just went in to buy a toy. I will never shop here again.

Tried to call but phone number is disconnected

Dont go into this shop! I bought a water feature and it was missing a part.... i took it back and was abused by a chinese lady! Then i went back the next day and was abused by the chinese man! He stated no refunds! Also stating they had their own policies! I did say that was very unaustralian!
I also said i didnt want a refund i just wanted to see if the part that was missing was still there!
They didnt even look! Just abused me! Very shonky business! BTW they will only take cash too! No phone number either!
This business needs to be reported to the ATO, Fair Trading and the Police for their shonky and abusive behavior!
No room in Australia for businesses like this! 😡

Went in to buy xmas wrap.
Was screamed at and called a theif. Old Asian stole my bag of gifts, clearly quality products with receipt not available in her deathtrap "store."
I called police on her. Putrid, deploable customer service going on. She has a terrible reputation for abuse. She needs to be locked up. Or sent home!

I was just accused by the chinese lady at the counter of being a theif!!! I went in there to get a fathers day card. I picked one out and had to go to the counter to get the envelope which I did and was told it was $2.50 which I placed on the counter in front of her. I then went to look at something else in the store and as I was leaving the lady yelled at me to come back. She said I hadn't paid for the card. I insisted that I had but she didn't beleive me and started getting angry. So I threw the card at her and told her how disgusting she was and would never come into her store again. My advise to anyone going in there is to make sure you get a receipt. Better still DON'T go in there. The place stinks in more ways then one.

the lady working at the front desk took my friends bag and searched through it screaming that they were a thief! it traumatised me and friends and im scared of passing the shop now…

Got called a thief by the Chinese lady which owns the store she hit me with a broom and I called the police but she slammed the doors in my face! DONT GO THERE! try Woy Woy the male owner Is alot better
