Myer Dubbo

Everything you’ve heard about regional department stores is true: the smaller floor space, the more limited variety, and the heritage listed building in need of a lick of paint at very least, amongst other things. One of the other things that’s also very true is the country hospitality and service that is evident from every team member in this store. Each person I was served by truly went out of their way to make me feel welcome, and took the time out of their day to ensure my experiences in this store were unforgettable. Special props to Nick in homewares and the ladies down in cosmetics who made me remember why Myer Dubbo is a national treasure for more than just the iconic building on Macquarie Street.

Lizzy/ Elizabeth took my phone call today in the ladies shoes part of the store. She went above and beyond to help me locate a pair of shoes. Even went to the extent of calling other Myer stores in NSW that said they have some in stock to locate and confirm if they had any in stock. I am absoutley grateful for your customer service. Thank you again for all you done on the call this morning.

Great department shop if you don't have time to waste. Everything in one place, Perfect parking area at rear of building and toilets inside the shop.

Staff are very helpful and lovely 🌹 thank you Myer Dubbo , your always there to help me when I need it 🙏

Went to Myers to use the toilet facilities came out took the big kid (Husband) to the toys department got meet with great service from the lady employee who help my boys find the right Pacific car the boys need for their collection.

Smiling helpful staff and plenty of bargains what more could you need..

Not a bad store. The service I received was lovely. The range is very good, plus anything they don't have they'll get in for you within a matter of days.

I can always find great presents at special prices when shopping at Myer. The staff are always helpful.
