KFC Dubbo

A quick late night dinner, haven't had KFC in ages, due to poor quality in my area. Surprisingly this was a rare occasion where people care about their jobs, food was delicious, food was fast to come out, could not fault it

Customer service fantastic. Food order was on point absolutely no mistakes. Food was hot and fresh. Best kfc I’ve been too in years.

The only old school fast food joint serving hot food in town anymore. If they just fixed there speakers and tidied up the place a bit, would have got 5 stars all over.

Well it good if you want indulge for a once off on a 21 bucket fried chicken peaces for a change instead of cooking in, which we wholesomely did. Not good if health food is what you’re after. Crash out by the truck stop at the large plastic realist Ryno opposite the safari zoo on the highway for a good big area for caravan, trucks etc. We got well outta the way of trucks as its supposed for truck’s really but they never seem to mind. Can hear animals in the wee hrs of the night when things get quiet good value.

Was a bit of a wait. They were flat out on dinner rush, but the chicken and chips were cooked to perfection, and the staff were well organised. Great work, guys. Definitely recommend grabbing a bite to eat from these guys.

Very clear and specific service when being served at front counter

I was going to KFC to get a Zinger burger combo. However the systems were down during this. The person serving me was very polite and apologetic about the situation. In the end they gave me the meal for free and it tasted great.

Amazing! Wonderful staff on the drive through window. Was even given an extra Pepsi. Thank you very much! Good chicken as always also. Be kind to staff working fast food chains. It's hard times for us all!

Always busy bit always good service and quality. Usually pretty clean inside too. There is another KFC out near Bunnings but it’s usually flat out too. Plenty of places to sit and eat.

First time to drive thru here with my dad and sister around 5pm. We were all impressed with the drive thru crew ‘cause he’s polite and he repeated our order before letting us drive thru. The food we ordered were all freshly cooked without us asking it. All in all we’re really satisfied! Good job!

I would just like to say that Lauren manager at KFC is amazing recently I put an order for door dash and thinking I had changed the address and not double checking she went above and beyond to let the door dash person know where I was and deliver to the right address keep up the excellent customer service Lauren your a super star...

Very busy place. The chicken was fantastic! Crispy skin and juicy meat.
Much better than every KFC I have tried in years!

Honestly the best KFC!

Very good customer service, the crew member taking orders in drive thru window put a smile on mine and my daughters face. Which made our day. Thankyou Isaiah!!

Excellent value... got home to find a surprise in the bag. Instead of having something missing like other fast food companies, the contents were double what I ordered and paid for - as in 2× the original order
