Very lovely staff needed to go in to get an item exchanged and even though they didn’t have the size I needed the staff were more then helpful in getting the size I needed shipped to me

Not as good of a range as expected

Rude staff. A rack of clothing was on discount and they had the exact style top. One had skinner straps, one that just covered the shoulders. You’d think they’re all on special since they’re practically the same on the same rack? No. The placement was a quick attempt at deceiving customers. As we left the store an employee made a rude comment, she was not involved in the conversation between the cashier and my family, and talked extremely rudely of us. Not only did she stick her nose out of place but disrespecting customers? Not coming back.

Me and my friend (First Nations) visited this store on a thursday afternoon. The minute we walk in the two young girls from behind the counter started staring. One of the girls proceeds to walk around the store looking at us. My friend and I weren’t feeling welcome at this point hence we left the store. Such a shame to see that racism is evident in our day to day lives. Love Cotton On although you need to educate your employees. Blatantly disgusting. Such shame, had to put my clothes back and leave. Didn’t even bother trying the items on.

Store states it shuts at 5:30 on Saturday. We arrived at 5:20. Took my kid 2 minutes to pick something and wanted to try it on. Lady said nah we about to close and told her to come back tomorrow
I said you aren't shut til 5:30....wow,the biggest sigh from the salesperson with the sound effects and all. I have spent a lot of money in that store. Not anymore. Fair enough we got there at the last moment..but still during opening hours and cash registers were still open as they were serving someone else.Give the job to someone that wants to be there.
