I have been looking for a sturdy walking shoe, something a bit 'nicer' than a sneaker for the past few weeks. I'm hard to fit, as I have a spade for a foot and larger size. I tried on a lot of pairs but the staff stuck with me and I finally found what I wanted. PS. I saw the shoe I bought in another store but the staff didn't have what it took to stick with it so I didn't try it on. The thing is that I go in with something in mind but the reality is, it isn't always available so I have to go thru a process of elimination, then come to a decision based on availability. If staff don't understand this, or can't help me quickly through this process, then they will lose the sale. Customer service makes ALL the difference and at the times it all comes together, I'll buy more than one pair. Thanks! Finding shoes is not easy but I'm very happy for your great service this week.

Good range of shoes, boots, sandals ect. More quality products here so the price is reflective of that. Service was good and not high pressure sales, so you can look and browse without people hovering over you. If you need help then they are happy to assist.
