I was unsure about what style of jeans I was after, as I haven’t really ventured into types of fit and such. I got a bit frustrated but the sales assistant helping me was very nice and friendly. She knew what she was talking about and showed me a few styles that she thought I would like and I found the perfect jeans for me. They fit exactly how I wanted them too, and the sales assistant was so patient and understanding. Best customer service I have experienced in a while. Unfortunately they didn’t have the colour I wanted in my size but that’s understandable during the holiday period. She pointed me in the right direction of where they may have stock and made my experience much less stressful than it could have been. 20/10, amazing staff.

Lisa is so talented, gives you right advice and knows what she is doing. My wife was unsure of the type of jeans she wants and Lisa went above and beyond to find her the right size and type. My wife is extremely happy and comfortable in her new jeans. Highly recommend Just Jeans.
