We came for Tacit perfume, and the staff Gwyneth was incredibly kind and patient, allowing us to try different scents and offering valuable insights. She was attentive when introducing the products I was inquiring about like B Triple C and other body balm. As a foreigner, I felt warmly welcomed, with smooth communication and even tea provided for us and our friends. Finally, at checkout, she generously gave us many trial packs suitable for my skin type. I love you all! 💕I'll definitely revisit and recommend the Collins branch to friends when I get the chance to return to Melbourne.

Randomly popped in looking for some gifts. Bailey was awesome! Knowledgeable in the products and also in the store set up as I was intrigued by some of the points of sale. Made our visit an absolute pleasure

The store is so beautiful and has a really pleasant atmosphere. I liked that the store was quiet as well. Angeline and Jo were so knowledgeable about the products that they were able to help me get the right products for my skin type, as well as answer any questions I had. I was greeted with a cup of tea upon entering and the quality of the products speaks for itself when you try them in store. This was the best customer service experience I've ever had; there was no pretentiousness, and I was treated better here than I have been at other luxury stores.

I shopped here with my partner around lunchtime on Saturday and had the best service we have had in retail in a long time! The two ladies you have hired are lovely and represent your brand so well!

The store looks luxury and I went to the queer library activity picked one book that I like ! Lucky going there early so only wait like 5 mins instead of long queue by the end of the day!

I had a fantastic experience at the new Collins St Aesop store this week. Kind, attentive, and passionate staff.
We were served by a lovely staff member (who’s name i didn’t catch, sorry!) they were so excited to show us around the new store, show us their new products and answer our questions.
I came in looking for a specific gift for mother’s day and after a really lovely visit we were gifted the most beautiful Aesop coffee table book!
