I needed some quick options for events next week and rushed in at 5:00pm on Friday desperate for some help. The gorgeous Jay helped me with a couple of beautiful options for an Opera and Party next week. He even assisted me early the next morning to have them altered in time for my event. Love this kind of service, and I could have purchased everything in this store.

Incredible products, all so special and joyful. Lots of colorful dresses and great blazers and separates. Accessories and shoe options are so so beautiful and the stylists are all so warm and approachable. They really take the time to understand each customer. Highly recommend

I went to the store to find a special outfit for my 40th and was greeted with such amazing assistance and so much variety. I was offered recommendations of outfits which were exactly what I was after. I ended up finding the complete look from outfit to shoes and bag. It was an incredible experience and I really received that one on one service that left me feeling very looked after and very glamorous to celebrate my birthday!

Came into the store on 17.05.23 Georgette and the other beautiful girl that was working ( didn’t get her name) helped me immensely, when it came to finding a birthday dress, they went above and beyond and made sure I felt comfortable. If they didn’t have a size they both promptly ensured me that they could get it in asap. Their service was amazing which made the experience a positive one :)

I’ve bought two of my favorite dresses from the online shop. I couldn’t find these Mônot dresses ANYWHERE else. I thought I would never be able to own them… until I came upon this shop’s website. When I ordered one that came in a size too small I had an easy time returning it for the next size up. I’m buying these pieces from the US, and have had no trouble with returns or exchanges. I’ve also bought some Dion Lee pieces that I had to return because they just didn’t fit properly. No problem getting store credit!
Really can’t express how happy I am with my overall experience with Désordre.

I will be visiting this Melbourne shop next week. Hoping these previous scary/bad reviews aren’t all accurate! A little nervous, but I know this shop is the real deal from my online experience!

Still 5 stars! Georgette was super helpful and sweet as can be. She made my in store shopping experience a truly enjoyable one. Would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a helping hand picking styles. Her pleasant, up beat demeanor is a joy to be around.

No matter which Desordre you may find yourself in, you will have an experience to remember! Whether you’re looking to spend big or just browse the girls are personable, so kind, knowledgeable and make the experience unlike any retail experience I’ve had. There is no where better to find the most incredible, life long pieces and it truly sweetens the deal that every staff member is such an angel.
